The house is offered on a limited basis, primarily during the peak season and select holiday periods. It is maintained to the standards of a second home, not a public vacation rental. We not only maintain, but return a large portion of rental income each year to improve the home and our client's experience stay.

Start your day in the bay front, screened in porch area, enjoying your beverage while watching the waterfowl play in the bay.

A large kitchen with island creates not only an easy stop for breakfast, but a gathering place - coupled with the open floor plan, every seat in the public areas of the first floor enjoy the unspoiled bayfront view through four sliding glass doors.

A new composite deck system spans the entire rear of the home, making for the perfect barbeque lunch - of course, gas grill and propane furnished and ready.

Chaise lounges and bistro tables supplement the outside seating for everyone's use throughout the day.

Not one, but two oversized master bedrooms each with king sized beds and walk in closets are available to the guests - each with their own private bathroom.

Second floor, front bedrooms enjoy the tranquility of a natural lagoon within 50 feet of the home. Throughout the day, birds and other wildlife are seen in their natural habitat.

We hope we have thought of everything ... So our guests never have a disappointment, a beach buggy, complete with cooler, large storage area and rack with five beach chairs are available for guest use. While only 250 steps from the home to the unspoiled beach, you may also concede to the large, uncrowded pool located within a one-minute walk of the home. Plenty of chaise lounges, tables and sunbrellas along with professional landscaping offer a lazy oasis from reality.

The community supports only 21 luxury homes, so amenities are never crowded. Our home sits on nearly a one-half acre parcel, with large, professionally manicured rear year - perfect for volleyball or any family oriented game.

The proximity to the towns of Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth are reachable by bike or by vehicle and support the lifelines of McDonalds as well as one of a kind bistros and casual, fine dining venues.

Delaware is home to tax free shopping and the three large outlet malls offer plenty of upscale furnishings, designer clothing (Michael Kors, Coach, Underarmor to name a few).

The Indian River inlet marina offers:
- charter boat fishing
- launch for private vessels and watercraft
- a marina store where you can choose the catch coming off the boat, have it filleted and bring it home for dinner with minutes.

Expect more when you are our guests. We provide all paper products (paper towels and t-paper) as well as hand soap, dishwasher and detergent.

While we do not generally greet our Guests, we are personally onsite during turnover between Guests to supervise cleaning, make repairs as reported by departing Guests and deal with any unique matters so you begin your stay problem and care free.
