Delight in convenient access to restaurants, downtown, and all sorts of fantastic attractions, including Gulf State Park, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, The Track - Gulf Shores, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Wharf, and The Wharf Amphitheater. After a fun-filled day, enjoy access to Crystal Tower's many amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and a sauna.

This 12th-floor condo enjoys two North and South balconies with a lovely alfresco dining space and stunning views of the Gulf. Enjoy coffee or a gorgeous sunset cocktail during blissful downtime. The sunny living area provides you with a great spot to unwind after a day at the beach, so spread out comfortably on the sofa and watch a fun game or show on the large TV. When hunger strikes, treat yourself to delicious homemade meals or snacks on the go prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms offer TVs, plush linens, and easy balcony access for privacy and night-time stargazing.

Additional amenities we love in this home include central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice place

Condo was just what we needed and everything was nice. Host was very responsive when needed and whole process was easy. Would recommend to others and would also stay here again!

Perfect place to stay in Gulf Shores

We loved our time in Crystal Tower 1209. Check in and out was a breeze, apartment was roomy, super clean, and well stocked. The patio was larger than expected, which was terrific. Great place to stay for an easy beach vacation. I would absolutely stay here again. Loved it!

Beautiful, spacious, could use more cleaning

The view was amazing, the bed was super comfortable, and I loved how much space there was. It was perfect for our family of 6. The bathrooms did need a good cleaning.

Amazing!

This property was amazing. Great views had everything we needed. Definitely will stay again!! Loved the bridge so we didn’t have to run across the roadway. Also loved having views from both balconies!

The condo was beautiful, but we experienced a couple of issues such as the slow water drainage in the master shower and the washer did not spin.

Great location!

This is a perfect spot for a family vacation. The corner space is great having two balconies. The decor was perfect. Simple and beachy. The only two issues were that we had the wrong parking code, which was easily fixed with a stop at the front desk. The bigger issue was the shower drain. It didn’t work well at all. The water would spill over the side onto the rug. Hopefully that will get fixed because other than that, it was fantastic.

Great birthday trip!

We loved everything about the condo. Easy access to beach, location is great, easy parking, and no issues with elevators. The “lazy river” was a little misleading, but it made for a fun joke. The view is AMAZING! Balcony off both bedrooms was fantastic. Highly recommend this unit!

We absolutely love the condo! We are already looking at the next dates to book. Clean, convenient, and great views. The condo was decorated cute. We love that there was three pools and a air-conditioned skywalk to the beach. Thank you.

Quick Beach Trip

We booked Crystal Tower 1209 because we were in town for our daughter's volleyball tournament. The condo was clean, updated and had amazing views of the Gulf, Little Lagoon and sunsets. While the weather wasn't as cooperative as we'd hoped, the condo was fantastic! We highly recommend and would absolutely choose Crystal Tower 1209 again!

Disappointed in the cleanliness.

This property is one of our favorites but the room was dirty. If you walk around barefoot your feet will be black within 3 minutes.

Beautiful Condo

Condo was very clean and just as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked. We’ve stayed in Orange Beach but this was our first time at Gulf Shores. The location was very. My daughter and I found the one bed to be a little harder than the other, so I went and bought a foam mattress topper from the store and also bought a couple of extra pillows which I left with the box for future guests to use. There are bath towels, but no beach towels (which I’m not sure was noted anywhere), so be sure to bring your own:) Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful view but…

We loved the area but it was not clean the shower had mold where you can see it’s not clean well, the shower curtains also had mold. Some of the beds sheets were dirty it had stains. There was blood stains on the laundry room trim. Just needs to be cleaned better

1209 Crystal Tower

The home is nice and each room had a great view from the windows. All the amenities worked just fine and the home even had a toaster for the kids (waffles/pancakes). The rooms were all an adequate size including the bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the balcony view is amazing (ocean view). It is nice and easy access the beach and no issues parking at Crystal Tower. We enjoyed our stay and everything worked out fine. The only thing that caught us off guard was the noise the dryer was emitting when in use. The appliance works fine just the noise it makes when it is in use. The bathroom shower temperature was great and loved the double sinks in the bath. The space was nice enough where everyone could stretch out for privacy/relax or come together for meals at the table/high top area. Great location and great setup of the home.

Great views

The unit was really nice. Wonderful views! Nice pool and beach access. Unit was very clean but had a few issues. #1 Master Bath toilet paper holder was broken... Not a big deal... #2 Refrigerator Water/ice filter had a "change date" older than a year ago.... Also not a big deal... #3 Master Bath shower did not drain...Big Deal!!! You would get about 15 secs of shower before it started backing up. The biggest problem was that the shower utilizes a shower pan with just an inch or 2 edge... Meaning that it could backup over the lip of the shower with a 2+ minute shower... So the Master Bath Shower was unusable. This was a problem for a 2-couple shared condo trip that was suppose to have private baths. If it wasn't for the Master Bath Shower issue, this would have been the nicest condo experience!

I would stay in this unit again but….

Overall we enjoyed our stay, but a few things need some attention. 1. A pizza box from May 2023 was left in the floor beside the dryer. 2. Shower does not drain well at all in the master bath. 3. Light bulbs needed to be replaced in a couple of areas. 4. TV in one of the bedrooms did not work well. It could not obtain a good signal. These things are easily fixed and did not negatively affect our stay. Maybe housekeeping can be a little more observant. Again, overall, we enjoyed our time there and would consider staying there again.
