Clearwater Beachfront 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Sleeps 8 Top Flr Corner Unit amazing view

This is a top floor unit (meaning very quiet, no one above you). Southeast corner with windows in both bedrooms, kitchen & living room. Great morning sunshine. The balcony, with patio table & chairs, is a great place to set and watch the sunrise, dolphins in the gulf and a beautiful sunset. Full view of the beach, east and west. Located just west of Gulf State Park, which means beaches are never crowded. One covered parking space is with this unit. No loading or unloading in the rain! Fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom has a king size bed and second bedroom has queen, both have flat screen TV's. Bunk beds and pull out queen sofa and a 40' flat screen TV. We provide a few beach chairs. Great place to get away and relax.

Great View

Amazing stay! We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony! It was so accommodating to our big family and easy access to the beach! The host was very quick to respond to anything we needed! I would book here next year! We had an amazing time! Close to all restaurants and shops!

Condo was very roomy and the location was great.

We enjoyed our stay. The beach was not crowded at all. Reserved parking spot was great as we didn’t have to worry about finding a spot to park when we returned from outings.

Exactly what we were looking for! Owner was easy to communicate with ahead of stay and never had a reason to contact during stay. Will be going back next year!

This unit was perfect for our family. We hope to be able to visit again soon.

We loved this condo! The view was amazing. It was located close to the pier, and a short walk to restaurants. The beach area wasn’t too crowded even on a holiday. The owners were friendly, and available to answer questions.

Beach wedding and a music festival

The location was perfect for us. My husband and adult kids and a friend who drove up from Florida stayed. The beds and sleep set up worked great for us. Beautiful view off the patio. Full kitchen was convenient.

Awesome location!

Everything about this condo is perfect! Great accommodations and it's just steps from the beach! The only issue we had was that we eventually had to go back home. Oh, and the Owners are amazing! Thanks for sharing your home away from home!

Amazing family vacation

Family of 4

Loved the property! Great family place. Great view. Very roomy. We had a family of 4 but could certainly handle more. The only drawback was that the wireless internet was very weak.

Great Location for Our First Trip to Gulf Shores

The condo had everything we needed for a great, weeklong family getaway. It's on a beautiful section of the beach, and the kids enjoyed hours of playing in the sand and surf. The direct beach access made for a short trip if we needed to restock any drinks or snacks. The bunk bed was a big hit for the kids too. The kitchen was well equipped, and there's an excellent view from the balcony. Thanks for a great trip.

1st visit to Gulf Shores

The view from the balcony was amazing! We saw dolphins daily! Pelicans flew by daily and the Blue Angels even flew by once. The condo was a few steps from the beach which was very convenient. The condo unit was large with comfortable, updated furniture. There are charcoal grills available near the pool. The owner was easy to reach and responsive to questions/concerns. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

One Month Stay

We absolutely loved this place! Had everything we needed, bunks were great for the week our 11 and 6 year old grandson’s were with us and the view and beach location are spectacular! Plenty of room for four adults only or four adults with three children. Owner was always responsive. We had an issue with the DVD player that didn’t work when we first got there. Owner sent us a new one that came three days later! We will definitely be back!

Vacation

The property was exactly like shown; a beautiful top floor condo overlooking the beach. It was clean and very cool, but the wifi wasn't great. The condo is right by the stairwell and the trash shoot, so you will hear those often. There was someone on sight cleaning the property and pool often. Overall we had an awesome stay. Would book again!

Granddaughter’s first trip to the beach

Great location in Gulf Shores. Took our 15 month old granddaughter on her first trip to the beach. Main bedroom is far enough away from the living area which enabled our granddaughter to take a nap or go to bed and the rest of us could easily watch tv or play games. A well stocked beach closet has everything you need for a day at the beach. Tim is great to work with and handled an issue with the AC quickly and generously. Would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Location

This is a great location for a peaceful visit to Gulf Shores. There aren't a lot of high rise condos nearby, so there's plenty of room to enjoy the beach and water without bumping elbows with the neighbors. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available to rent right out front. Owners are quick to reply to questions and concerns. On their advice, we kept an eye out for dolphins while we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony. We saw them almost every day. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary items for cooking meals.

Great view love the wall colors

Condo was Great! Love the teal walls! The washer and dryer were very nice. Beds were comfy, and a great view of dolphins everyday. Everything we needed and wanted. Loved having beach chairs and sand toys even though they were not needed. (Lightened our load) elevators were fast, not much waiting for the 8th floor. 😍

Loved the condo! Had plenty of room, clean and right on the beach. Gorgeous views! Tim responded immediately whenever I had text him. The door handle on balcony was broke when we got there but Tim had someone out the next day to fix it. Wasn't a big deal to us it was still usable I was just letting him know about it.

Great place with great owners!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owners were really nice and pretty much answered any questions without me even needing to ask them. The whole process from start to finish was flawless. The condo was nice and met all of our basic needs. Our daughter loved the pool and we loved the short distance we had to go to get to the beach. We also loved getting to sit on the balcony to relax and see the beach, as well as the pool. Everything was secure. We enjoyed the building not being one of the bigger ones because it felt more private while we were in the pool. Many times we had it to ourselves. We would definitely rent from these owners again.

Spring get away!

The condo at Clearwater condos was in a great location- not in the middle of things- but less crowded and perfect for us. The condo had plenty of room and everything you could need. Kitchen had everything you might need if you wanted to cook and the coffee pot was fast. A plus for us! Lol. A relaxing vacation. The one thing to be aware of is that there is construction going on at several places. The noise really didn’t bother us too much, and things have to be fixed, so you deal with it.
