The Space:

If you are looking for a clean and affordable place to stay, look no further and stay at the Blue Coyote! We offer a spacious and fenced in backyard, central to the shopping center, restaurants, grocery store, and more. Approximately 4 min drive to the nearest park/playground, 19min drive to Joshua tree.



This is a one bedroom studio best suited for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 persons. There’s a new queen sized sofa bed and the beds are twin XL size and can be pushed together to create a king sized bed and is furnished with brand new covered mattresses, night stand, lamp, computer desk/chair, and plenty of closet space.



The home has lot's of lighting throughout with a cozy living room/kitchenette.



The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and we have all the basic cookware, plates, cups, utensils available for your use.



The home is on septic so we ask that guests do not abuse the toilets, put things down the drain that shouldn't be there, or take long showers.



We have Ring doorbell and security cameras on the perimeter of the house.



Guest Access:

The only shared area is the front porch, garage, driveway, and front yard. Main house guests are not permitted to access the casita yard and casita guests are not permitted to access the main house backyard. There is plenty of onsite parking available for free. We ask that you do not park behind someone else's vehicle and do not store anything in the garage without prior written consent of host/landlord. There’s additional parking to the left of the house if needed, on the dirt in front of or left gate.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Yucca Valley. About 10 minutes from Joshua Tree. Just a few minutes drive to Home Depot; Walmart; Panda Express, Chipotle and more. Its location combines convenience and a cozy living space for those seeking a welcoming place to call home.



Other Things to Note:

I have cameras monitoring the front door and the yards. This main house can also be booked if you need an additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (subject to availability). The main house has its own private entrance, 3 bedrooms, 2 living room areas, 2 bathrooms, full sized kitchen, rear patio, heating, air conditioning, and additional parking. Interaction with Guests:

We will not be onsite but will be available should you have any questions. Best and preferred way for you to reach us is via message through the booking app. For anything urgent please text or call directly. If necessary text or call again. Sometimes our reception is limited and we can’t respond right away.
