The Perfect Family Mountain Getaway

This completely renovated house is conveniently located just 5 minutes (2 miles) from downhill skiing / Peak 7 Gondola. Walk to hiking, Mountain Biking, Snowshoeing and Cross-Country Ski trails (Peak to Peak trail, Cucumber Gulch). The home is situated in a quiet, wooded Peak 7 neighborhood on Ski Hill Road, with awesome mountain views.

This 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom (plus loft) single family house with 2 car garage is located on a large flat lot with plenty of parking.
Main floor has a queen bedroom and two full bathrooms with laundry facilities.
Second Floor has two bedrooms and full bathroom: Master bedroom has a king bed, and second bedroom has adult size bunk beds (1 Queen and 2 single beds).
The home also includes a loft/ hang out room, additional full bathroom and mud room in the entry way.
Kitchen has granite countertops and seating with 4 bar stools. Additional dining table seats 8.

Great Family Home in a Beautiful Location

The house was perfect for our family with plenty of room to spare. The neighborhood was beautiful and very easy access to Breckenridge and all restaurants, shops and activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with all you needed. The kids loved the loft space and all the games. The patio was great for dining and morning coffee time. We would love to stay again.

Beautiful & comfortable!!

Our family of six enjoyed our stay here so very much! We really appreciated how well stocked the house was - lots of dishes, glasses and cookware, plus all the basics were there (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc...) We would recommend this house to everyone and would stay here again in the future!

Loved our stay here! House is super comfortable and spacious. Only a 6 min drive to drop off at peak 7 or 8! 10 min drive into town. Would stay here again

Very comfortable home. Beds are very comfortable and each room has its own temperature control .

All you need to bring to this mountain home is some good casseroles and drinks. The kids enjoyed the choice of movies and were able to watch it away from the grown ups. Kids also enjoyed the snow hill created by the snow plow after a good day of snow at the house. The home is very comfortable colorado home!

Beautiful home!

We had a group of 9 and this house was absolutely perfect! Plenty of space for all and the loft is great for the kids to have thier own area! Amy was awesome to work with prior to and up to arrival. House was well equipped and we even grilled outside! Only thing it could use is a hot tub on thier beautiful deck under th trees. Beautiful views and walking distance to a fun sledding hill. Would recommend this place to any group 10 or less! Location is worth the drive and views!

Wonderful private home in great Breckenridge location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this private home in Breckenridge. It is in an excellent location, close to the Gondola and Main street. The accommodations are fantastic - spacious, clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. This home is great for families with a fun new addition of a recreation room.

Beautiful home in the mountains

We stayed here for a week. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, from all the kitchen utensils, spices for cooking, even a glove heater! The open kitchen, dining and living room area made a nice gathering area for the family after a day of skiing. It snowed while we were there, and they have someone that comes and plows the driveway right away. We had no problem getting in or out of the area. You won't be disappointed with this house.

Felt Like Home

This was a wonderful home.. Very comfortable and well equipped. A pleasant surprise was that we arrived right after a good size snowstorm, and the driveway was cleared, all snow leading to the front door from the garage was cleared, it just made it so much easier to unload our ski gear and not track snowy boots into the house. I love a home that is well stocked with the essentials, dishes, silverware, cleaning supplies, etc. and the owners of this home have provided all we could possibly need. A big "thank you" for that. The home was very nicely furnished, very comfortable living and dining space. The bedrooms were very cozy, and the beds were all extremely comfortable. All in all, this was a great choice and for our stay and I would recommend it to any family.

Amazing/Perfect rental! Already planning another trip for next year!

Please let me begin with our appreciation for the wonderful stay we had in your home this past weekend! We had a group of 5 adults and 2 small children from Tampa, FL and were absolutely blown away by your home and the property off Ski Hill Rd. in Breckenridge. For a few of the people in our group, this was the first time they have even seen snow, as well as their first attempt at skiing, & snowboard in their lives – and everyone had a blast! This was my second time to Breckenridge and we are already planning another trip for next year! The house is absolutely amazing & quite the dream home for a ski vacation in Breck! The house is still close to town, but yet still a little bit secluded and out of the busy town traffic area. The house was incredibly clean and organized also; it really had everything you could possibly need! From the crock pot, to the grill, to sleds & board games for the kids, and even a washer/dryer! The house was stocked to the fullest with anything & everything we needed. We only had to purchase the food we were actually cooking, as there were even condiments and spices supplied. We rented a 4 wheel drive Suburban and had no issues getting anywhere, up or down the mountain to the home – I would suggest to any future guests, that they have a 4-wheel drive vehicle also. The views are utterly breathtaking & there are really not enough words to describe how amazing this place is! We will definitely be back and look forward to staying here again soon! Perfect Home!

We have rented through VRBO many times and this home, without a doubt, is the best we've ever rented. The home is very clean and cozy, yet spacious enough for the 8 of us. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. My family had a wonderful time skiing at Breckenridge during the day and going "home" each night to this great place!

Perfect for a family of 4-6

The home is very cozy and has everything one needs. The outside looks a little dated but don't let that sway you, the inside has been completely updated and looks fantastic. It is close to a wonderful trail (Peak's Trail) which is a great beginner trail or a good trail if you have little ones. Its farily flat and has 3 small bridges over creeks. The trail ends at the Gondola going into town, the trail takes about 30 minutes to walk with children. I just wish we could have brought our dog, he would have been in heaven here.

Very nice; very clean!

This private home is essentially new. Everything is very clean very nice. We did need a car with 4WD for the first two days as it was snowing a lot. The driveway and door porch were cleared after the snow promptly too. The home is up Ski Hill Road past the Grand Lodge at Peak 7. We really liked the home and have it on my list to return to next season. Home owner is very nice, an excellent transaction.

Great vacation house

Beautiful home. Location not as close as some options, but only 5 min drive from town and the quality of the lodging was great (clean, new, full kitchen, open floor plan, fireplace, 2 car garage). Worked great for our family of 5!

GREAT MOUNTAIN HOME

THIS HOME IS VERY WARM AND COZY. WE HAD A GREAT TIME DURING OUR STAY. THE BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE AND KITCHEN HAS EVERY UTENSIL THAT YOU WOULD EVER NEED.THE WINDOW VIEWS ARE BEAUTIFUL. OUR FAMILY HAD LOTS OF FUN PLAYING GAMES THAT WERE IN THE CHEST IN THE LIVING ROOM. WE DID NOT DRIVE A 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE AND FELT WE REALLY NEEDED ONE TO GET TO AND FROM THE HOUSE, HOWEVER WE HAD SEVERAL NIGHTS OF HEAVY SNOW DURING OUR WONDERFUL STAY.

Ski Hill Home- perfect place for a family!

We immediately felt at home when we entered the lovely, updated and spacious mountain home! The location is in a quiet mountain subdivision, close to Peak 7 & 8. We are owners at Grand Lodge at Peak 7, so this location was even more perfect for us! The home had all the ameneties we needed for a comfortable & enjoyable stay. It was hard to leave the house!

Great Powder Trip

Drove through the mountains when 12" were being dumped. It took us over 3 hours to get from Denver to Breckenridge. Upon arrival to the mountain, we snowboarded the best powder I've ever seen. Afterwards we were so sore and tired, but as soon as we got to the house rental, I felt instantly better. This place was beyond expectations. Everything was perfectly thought out. The driveway was plowed, the fireplace was great. We all took extra long steaming showers. The king bed was one of the best night sleeps I've ever had. The next two days we took the hiking trails from the house to the Independence chair lift and did some great tree runs and hit peaks 8 and 9. The hiking trail is pretty flat, and only a 10 minute walk to peak 7. Thanks for sharing your home, we had a fantastic Trip!

Close to town and nature

My family had a GREAT time in Breckenridge (6/15/2012 - 6/29/2012). The weather was a little warm by their standards (low 80's) but A LOT cooler than the 100+ we have in Tucson at that time. Your house is in a perfect location (5 - 10 drive into town AND far enough away to enjoy nature and the wildlife). A five minute walk to a nature trail will lead you to the Peak 7 gondola for a free ride into town.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is great and the house is completely updated. Great trails close by to cross country ski and snow shoe.

Our family enjoys walking to Peak 7 and taking the Gondola downtown. We love the large lot that allows plenty of parking outside the garage. The house is completely remodeled.
