PYLA: Nice creative studio 200 m from the beach

Located 200m from the beach and a 3-min walk from the shops and restaurants of Le Moulleau, this small 40 sqm2 gem is located in a dream location.
The private garden under the pine trees and its wooden deck will allow you to enjoy Summer out of sight.
It's the ideal location to discover the area by bike, on foot, and take the boat to spend a day in Cap-Ferret (it only takes 20 min by boat to cross the Bay to go to Cap-Ferret)
The space
With its black cladding inspired by the two famous "huts on stilts" you can see on the Bay of Arcachon, the studio is a feel-good creative space.
Located a 2 min walk from the beach and 3 min from all the shops & restaurants in Le Moulleau, it is an ideal base to relax, enjoy the beach and discover the Bay of Arcachon.
Parking is free in the street and if you come with your bikes, you will be able to leave them in the private garden.

TO SLEEP:
Measuring 40 sqm2, the studio includes additional space with a low-ceiling mezzanine housing a 180 x 200 cm Super King mattress by EVE SLEEP and a sofa bed on the ground floor.

THINGS TO KNOW:
The stairs leading to the mezzanine are quite steep and the mezzanine's ceiling is also very low. You can not stand up and it is really just a space to sleep.
Initially, the space was a garage which we converted into a lovely studio so there wasn't a great deal of height.

The mattress in the mezzanine is very comfy, however, access to this space may not be suitable for people with motor difficulties and people who need to get up in the middle of the night.

If you feel the mezzanine is not for you, please let us know and we will prepare the sofa bed for you downstairs.

For everyone's comfort, we honestly think the studio is ideal for two young people or potentially a young couple with children sleeping downstairs.

THE KITCHEN
Overlooking a private garden, the kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, stove, coffee machine Nespresso, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher).
Please note that the kitchen windows are not equipped with blackout blinds yet which means that the studio won't be pitch black at night.
I'd rather specify this because some people can't sleep if there is a bit of light in the room.

THE BATHROOM:
The polished concrete bathroom includes a walk-in shower, basin, toilet, washing machine, and storage. The bathroom window has a frosted film to protect your intimacy.

OUTDOOR AREA:
A 34 sqm2 deck and a private garden include a garden table, BBQ, and two comfortable Butterfly chairs (available in Summertime only).

PARKING:
There is no parking space on the property. However, parking is free in the streets nearby.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:
Your rental includes bed linens, kitchen towels, wifi, a roll of toilet paper, a few coffee pods & tea bags to get you started, and a few spices and olive oil in the spice drawer.
It doesn't include toothpaste, shower gel & beach towels
Guest access
You will have access to everything the house has to offer inside and out.
Other things to note
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed outside. If you need a baby-sitter during your stay, please let us know in advance
