Looking for a place to unwind & connect with friends and family no matter the time of year? Look no further! This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin boasts beautiful views of Prairie Lake while being in close proximity to downtown Chetek, Rice Lake, or Cameron! With a lift down to the lake, you don't have to worry about steps getting in your way of relaxing on the lake. The Chetek Chain of Lakes offers 60 miles of shore line making it a boat lovers dream. We also offer a shore station to store your fishing or speed boat, so don't forget to pack those too! There are multiple places throughout town to rent watercraft if bringing them isn't an option. Enjoy a cup of coffee or an afternoon brew on the new deck or in the 3 season porch. All new furniture & decor throughout the home. Excellent ATV riding & snowmobiling nearby. If you're bringing the kiddos, we've got games for them to enjoy while the adults have a beverage at our basement bar.

Beautiful home and great hosts. It was very clean and very well stocked with what we needed. The garage is filled with activities in case the weather isn’t good. Definitely recommend this home.

We had a great stay at the Sanctuary. We loved using the available kayaks and fire pits. The accommodations were extremely clean and they had thought of all the little things to make a great stay (lots of hooks and outlets! Plenty of towels and blankets!) The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay again.

From the moment we stepped in and ran to each room, you could hear cries of excitement! Every room was immaculate. Clean, beautiful and lovely.The view of the lake was also amazing. We used everything! Especially loved the little touches,...M&Ms and popcorn by the tv! so cool!Jeff was awesome to work with too.We are definitely booking for next year.

Family memories

This property was more than we could have asked for. There were many places for everyone to be. Whether it be the game room, the outdoor seating, or the docks that were available for fishing. The "elevator" was well used because we had both my parents and my husband's parents who are in their 80's. If this wasn't there they wouldn't have made it down to the dock. We also use the kayak's and paddle boat a lot as the lake was very smooth during our stay. We have already talk about coming back to this place, because we all loved it. Jeff the host was very accommodating and very helpful if we had any issues

Vacay 2024

Our party of 7, ages 19-85 all had a super time at this lovely lake cabin. 8/9-8/13 Plenty of room for everyone and could easily accommodate more. The game room in the garage was THE biggest hit! We enjoyed all of the different seating and conversation areas throughout the cabin. Depending on the weather and time of day, they each offered a different vibe, just wonderful. Plenty of water toys available for use. We did rent a pontoon for three days from McCracken pontoon rental so we could explore the lake a litlle more. The auto lift down the stairs to the dock was appreciated by everyone especially gramma. View from the top deck is impressive, west facing so we got the sunsets! This is absolutely a 5/5 cabin! Would stay again

Perfect family vacation location

We stayed for the week of the 4th of July. The house was beautiful, very clean and plenty of room for our family of 7. Jeff made check in/out process very easy and sent us a video with some helpful hints for the property. There are lots of great outdoor spaces to sit and relax as a family. The game room garage was great and got a lot of use by the kids when it rained. Jeff provided lots of little extras that made it even better such as firewood, smores, snacks in the movie area. The best part was the electric lift down to the water. Great for heavy coolers and the grandparents. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on the Chetek chain.

Beautiful lake home

We loved staying at this property. It was beautiful, and clean and very spacious. The kids had so much fun on the paddle boards and the paddle boat. When it was rainy they had a blast in the garage, made into a playroom . There eas ping pong, foosball, air hockey and darts. We hung out in the evenings under the deck, where there is comfortable furniture and a gas fire pit. They even had the makings for smores. We really appreciated the lift going down to the dock. Jeff was a wonderful host. We are planning on coming back next summer.
