Before arrival, the primary guest will need to complete a brief registration form, which includes ID verification and a $1,000 security hold. This is not a traditional deposit—it’s simply a temporary authorization, not a charge. Prefer to skip the hold? You have the option to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver instead, provided by a third-party insurance company. The waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, plus $2 per additional night beyond that. Completely optional, and totally up to you.
