Welcome to Sugar Pea! Situated about a mile from downtown Elizabeth City, this newly renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome has everything you'll need to make your stay memorable! You'll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen complete with a coffee maker AND a Keurig. Nestle up and enjoy a good book while basking in the sunlight that flows freely throughout the Livingroom. Sugar Pea is located in a quiet residential neighborhood where you'll feel safe walking, biking and enjoying the river which is just minutes away. Our townhome is one of (3) family owned townhomes on the property. If you are super lucky, you may get invited to a bonfire! The bedrooms come equipped with Smart TV's and comfy mattresses. Pack light....we have a washer and dryer to keep everything clean! During the warmer months, have your coffee or meal on the patio table which is covered by an umbrella for those extra sunny days. When you are not lounging at Sugar Pea, spend your days and nights enjoying all downtown Elizabeth City has to offer! So many great places to eat, drink and visit. You'll find a book detailing all there is to do located in our home. We are committed to making your stay great! No need to run to the grocery store right away...we provide coffee, tea, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, soap, shampoo/conditioner and laundry soap so you can sit back and relax from the second you arrive. We hope you love Sugar Pea as much as we do!

*** Please note: Our home has 3 bedrooms with a choice of sleeping arrangements ranging from queen beds to twin for your convenience. However, we limit the occupancy to a 4 person maximum.***

Such a beautiful and charming property! Our family really enjoyed how close you can walk from the property or take a 5 minute drive to the park overlooking the Pasquotank River. This home was beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated, making every room feel warm and inviting. We loved the how the kitchen was fully stocked with Keurig coffee cups, creamer cups, sugar, basic spices and a variety of cooking essentials.The bathrooms had plenty of toiletries and clean towels. All the bedrooms had comfortable pillows and bedding. We really enjoyed our stay.

My sisters and I have stayed at numerous properties around the country over the years, and this is the absolute best one we've ever experienced. We felt pampered with all the amenities, the design and detailing were gorgeous, the showers were fantastic and the beds very comfortable. Kelly and her family were so nice and friendly as well. I hope we get a reason to return to the area and stay with you again!

Beautiful and Immaculate!

We ventured here to E City for the Bassmasters Pro Angler Fishing Tournament and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very inviting, accommodating, and immaculately clean. We would love to stay again on a future trip!!

Our family recently stayed here and it was an absolute delight. Nestled in a lovely residential area, this charming home exceeded our expectations in every way. The owners have meticulously attended to every detail, ensuring our comfort and convenience. We had everything we needed and more. The seating and beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we absolutely loved the decor. Plus, the owners were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend staying here!

Secret Hideaway

I'm hesitant to give this review due to the fact that I want to keep it for myself! But, in all honesty, this was one of the best places we have stayed in ANY VRBO home. Our three day stay was for Cycle NC and we were immediately greeted when we pulled in the driveway. The house was immaculate. The floors, appliances, everything looked brand new. We were excited to find Keurig and regular coffee makers. Pots and pans looked clean and new. An abundance of utensils to cook with along with a clean refrigerator.The host had little helpful things like sealed toothbrushes and hair ties in the bathrooms. Soaps, shampoos were all provided. The beds were wonderful (and we are picky when it comes to those!).The location was perfect to get downtown and explore a beautiful little town. High recommended for a visit.Not enough room here for a full explanation. Suffice to say it will meet any need you have.Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your place. We will definitely be back.

My husband grew up in Elizabeth City and has strong ties to the area. We live on the Outer Banks which is about an hour from Sugar Pea. We love boating, fishing and everything outdoors. We are excited to share our quaint little home with you. We enjoy getting to know our guests and making them feel welcome.

Sugar Pea is one of 3 townhomes on the premises. The other homes are family owned which makes our property unique. Our guests will enjoy the privacy of the neighborhood all while being close to downtown. Our home is surrounded by lush trees and chirping birds. The patio offers a comfy table and chairs for coffee, cocktails or just relaxing. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming to all.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Sugar Pea boats endless sunlight throughout the house. We fully remodeled our home in 2021. Our guest will enjoy the attention to detail we put into every step of the renovation. All new appliances, bedding, remodeled bathrooms, roof, windows and etc. We inspect our property regularly to ensure everything is in working order. We offer extra touches such as cold water and snacks upon arrival. We hope you love it as much as we do!
