VILLA BAHAMA is located at The Foundry in the Truman Annex, Key West's most exclusive gated community. You'll be just around the block from Mallory Square, Duval Street and all the attractions Key West has to offer, yet you'll benefit from the peace and quiet that the Truman Annex is known for. Smoking is not permitted in any Last Key Realty home. In addition, the Foundry does not permit smoking in the front garden patio areas or balconies. Therefore, this home is not a good fit for vacationers needing smoking accommodations.

THE LIVING AREA...

VILLA BAHAMA has been furnished to a very high standard, in the lush tropical style inspired by Tommy Bahama. In fact, the Tommy Bahama influence is evident throughout this home. The living area is an open plan, with 11-foot ceilings, and the double French doors provide lots of light. There's plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. The sleep sofa will accommodate extra guests. There's convenient powder room on the first floor. The kitchen has a top-of-the-line stove, oven and refrigerator, with granite counter tops and all the small appliances one might need. You'll have your own private courtyard out front, with a gas BBQ.

THE POOL AREA...

The landscaped community pool is just across the street, with chaises and a cabana with restrooms. Or you can walk to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, with the prettiest beach in Key West, just a half mile away from your front door.

Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes ā€œQuiet Timeā€ in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

ā€¢ Master Suite: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a large flat screen TV, a private balcony, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

ā€¢ Second Bedroom: Located on the Third Floor with Two Twins OR One King bed, a flat screen TV, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

Each floor closes off with its own separate door as well for extra privacy.

There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

We had a great stay at The Truman Annex. The condo was very well equipped, including a delicious key lime pie waiting for us. The location was perfect where we were able to walk to everything. Our host was very responsive to all our questions and helped us in booking the excursions that we wanted. Thanks!

A perfect location and gorgeous property. The community pool was incredible. We rented bikes and easily made it around to every attraction. The property had everything you would need for a week in paradise. Thank you!

Perfect Location

Villa Bahama was the perfect location for our family trip to Key West. The Truman Annex area is beautiful with lush, tropical landscaping that made the home feel private, and the locked gates after 6pm made the neighborhood peaceful and quiet. Brian, the property manager was super attentive and had great recommendations.I recommend!

Perfect Walking Location in Key West

The perfect location to walk to dinner, bars, beaches, shopping, spas, community pool, and more. Enjoyed having the bikes delivered from We Cycle and see the area beyond Duval and Mallory Square. Wonderful townhouse where everyone had their room and space then met on the porch to enjoy the evening breeze. Lots of great kitchen utensils, pans, appliances, and starter kits for cleaning dishes, toiletries, and laundry soaps. There were beach towels and chairs to use, which was convenient. Great service. We would come back for another visit when in town.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else!!

I have stayed at many, many places in Key West over the years I have been visiting, and this is now my new favorite! Its a great location being close to Mallory square, Duval and historic sites. The home is comfortable, fashionable and very easy to settle into. The kitchen though small, was extremely up to date and has anything you could possible need (literally). There were 4 adults staying here and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms spacious. It was quite helpful having the 2 1/2 baths, not having to run upstairs to use one was definitely a plus. And now the best part... Alex, from Last Key Realty! She was Johnny on the spot whenever we needed ANYTHING and made our stay even better (if that was possible). If we had any questions or problems working the electronics she was there in a split second. If you want a super place to stay and have a dependable, very personable woman to look after you, this is it!! I would rate this a 10+ all around.

Great experience, clean, quiet, easy check in and departure

This condo in the Truman Annex is a quiet, adult oriented location. It's a perfect location because it's so close to all of the chaos on Duval St. But when you're done you can slip away to peace and quiet. We stayed here during the Rokisland fest and it was only steps away from that venue as well. I was greeted via text by our concierge just days before arriving and he was in easily in touch throughout our stay. Never more than a few minutes for replies to our questions. Great experience!

Our second year in a row. Location is phenomenal for restaurants and things to do also and feels safe. Can walk to anything. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Sean our property manager was above and beyond!

Great location and Last Key was amazingly responsive with our problems.

Last Key immediately got us help when our AC broke on a 90 degree humid day. The next night our smoke alarms beeped low battery for part of the night and of course we didnā€™t have 9 volt batteries on us so we got little sleep. Last Key had someone with us immediately at 0800 to fix it. The thermostat was locked at 70 degrees post repair which was pleasant, but chilly and frustrating to not be changeable. Preventative maintenance may be in order for the house. Dishwasher soap would be nice. Front landscaping sub-par. Otherwise very nice with comfortable beds and excellent location.

Perfect place to stay in Key West

The property is in a great location. You are in walking distance from everything in Key West. It is just far enough from the main strip that you do not hear music in the wee hours of the morning. The property was clean beautifully decorated and had all the needed amenities for a family vacation. It also has great air conditioning for those muggy Key West days.
