Great Location and comfortable condo

We enjoyed the location (two blocks from the main shopping area and grocery store), that was only steps from the beach. Very quiet...Very convenient...Fully stocked....perfect for couples.

Getaway for Two Tired Teachers

This was the second year in a row we have stayed at this property. It was another wonderful and relaxing stay. If you like to have all the comforts of home and to be steps away from the beach, this place is for you. We can’t wait to come back next Summer!

Perfect Spot

This is a very nice property located very close to the beach and trolley stop. Within walking distance of grocery store, Walgreens, CVS and restaurants. There is a beautiful pool on the property, and the rental had many nice extras like beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas. I would highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Again A Great Stay!

This is are second time we have stayed at Palm Cay#7. The condo was exactly how we knew it would be starting with the nice compliment of K-Cups, bottle of red wine, and a nice hand written letter from the owners welcoming else and to enjoy are stay. What was a nice touch we got to meet Susan (owner) and expressed same to her. If your looking for a great place to stay with everything you need than this is the place for you!

Just what I was hoping for!

I almost don't want to write too good of a review. I kind of want to keep it our secret. For my wife and I, it was just about as good a vacation as we could have hoped for. The condo itself is well stocked including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles and even coffee! Other reviewers commented that they liked the bed, but we had a hard time sleeping on it. It is a great location and fine for two people. It isn't a luxury hotel room but by the end of the week I was wishing I owned one of the units in the complex. The pool is really nice and well maintained. Having laundry on site is nice. Don't forget to bring a couple rolls of quarters though! The beach from the front door of the unit is 105 of my paces. That is the same distance from my office to the elevator in the building where I work. The complex is walking distance to Walgreens, a bagel shop, several restaurants, Publix, two beach shops and a dive bar. You don't need a car if you stay here. You can literally walk to everything you need and the complex has a trolly stop right out front. The FREE trolly will pick you up and take you up and down the entire island. I would definitely go back there.

Location, location, AND a well-furnished condo.

Loved staying here. It can be hard to find a unit with a king bed, but this one has one, plus this condo is in such a great location: one street from the beautiful beach, plus the Palm Cay condos have a lovely pool where I’ve rarely seen more than a few people. Near the pool is the laundry (Publix supermarket will give you quarters). Easy walk to Walgreens and a few shops and restaurants, including the excellent ice cream shop, and keep going and you’ll be at the Publix supermarket. The Anna Maria free trolley has a stop more or less one block away. This is a quiet, low-key area, but if you’re looking for bars and more people they’re not far away. Just hop the trolley. Best part about Palm Cay 7: so much stuff! Toilet paper (so important when you arrive), paper towels, sandwich bags, dishwasher pods, dish liquid, ice packs for the very cool backpack-like beach bag. Towels, lotion, sunscreen, hair dryer. Some of these things may have been left behind by other renters, but it’s still great to have sunscreen on day one. Lots of towels in the bathroom, including beach towels. There were at least 5 beach chairs, including two brand-new ones, two chairs for kids, several beach umbrellas, beach toys - oh, and coffee filters! The unit was very clean, the king bed sheets were soft, and the hosts answered any and all questions immediately and were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, Tom and Susan! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at a beautiful comfortable convenient spot.

The condo was spacious, comfortable, clean and well provisioned (including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and other items that might not be expected). It was an easy one minute walk to a beautiful beach and a two minute drive to Publix and other stores. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Not the cleanest, Pool looked dirty on the bottom. Great location. Comfy bed. Disappointed that for what we paid that we had to use coin operated laundry facilities. Hard to find enough quarters to do laundry. Probably will not return,

Fantastic!!! I'd give 10 stars if i could

Everything was beyond amazing about my stay. Location is perfect, the place is beautiful and well stocked with literally everything you could possibly need. At only a few steps from the beach, i have been able to enjoy my morning coffee sitting at the bench in the beach, with a beautiful ocean view...Relaxing, comfortable, conveniently located near everything from Publix to the Pharmacy and even shops and restaurants. Trolley stop around the corner but i rented a car. Tom was available and super polite when i called with inquiries, and had the pleasure to meet him by coincidence. There are not enough words to describe my experience during my stay, and make justice. So, it was pretty much a perfect vacation, dreammy, felt like i was in paradise and didn't want it to end. Will absolutely come back to Anna María Island and stay at Palm Cay, wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you Tom and Susan for making your condo a perfect place for me for the entire 13 days of my vacation. Oh, bed super comfortavle

Beach vacation

Location and condo was great. Having condiments and toiletries there was a great added plus. We all enjoyed the pool very much. Beach just 2 houses away. Beach was amazing!

Wonderful location in very comfy condo!

Literally ½ block from gorgeous beach. Close to grocery and lots of awesome restaurants. Condo is equipped with everything you need for a fantastic trip. Very comfy King bed.. We wanted a quiet, relaxing vacation and that’s just what we got.

Just what we needed for our first AMI trip.

What a great little place! The property was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed, plus some. Plenty of thick bath towels and soft linens. The location can’t be beat. Very quiet, small complex with a clean, good sized pool, front row assigned parking. It’s a very short walk to the beach. Tom was super easy to communicate with. We hope to return soon.

Anna Maria Island and Holmes Beach are wonderfully quiet and beautiful beaches with close proximity to Sarasota, Tampa (with Busch gardens, Tampa Bay Rays), many Major League Baseball spring training facilities,and Orlando with Disney World. We are on the west coast of Florida which is the prefered side of Florida because of its snow white beaches. Anna Maria Island has no high rise condominiums it is a beautiful island!
