Getting Around:

Parking & Security

Enjoy peace of mind in this secure, gated community with 24-hour security. The property offers convenient parking for up to two vehicles side by side in the driveway, plus space for one additional vehicle on the street directly in front of the home.



Other Things to Note:

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Pool & Pool Heating

If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Cleanliness & Housekeeping

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.



Pool Use: For safety and comfort, we recommend avoiding pool use during cold or rainy weather. The pool is serviced weekly, but rainfall may introduce minor debris or temporary discoloration in the water.



Check-Out: Check-out is at 10 AM. Housekeeping will arrive promptly afterward to prepare the home for incoming guests. Late check-outs can disrupt this schedule and may incur a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering: This is a self-catering home. We provide initial supplies but do not restock during your stay. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper. The laundry room includes detergent for up to two loads. In the kitchen, you’ll find paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, and basic cooking essentials including salt, pepper, and cooking oil. A coffee maker is provided, though coffee is not supplied. If any items are missing upon arrival, please notify us, and we’ll arrange a replacement.



Security: For your peace of mind, security cameras are installed outside the property. None are directed toward the pool or private areas, ensuring your privacy is fully respected.
