This home overlooks the Kouchibouguacis River, where you can sea-doo, canoe, kayak or boat. The entertainers deck stairs lead you to the custom made fire pit, get your s’mores & hot chocolate ready & star gaze. The view of the river is stunning in every season, you can not go wrong no matter what time of year you decide to take you vacation, weekend getaway or family get together.

The space
You’ll love the rustic feel of the property with modern amenities. The pretty kitchen convenieis fully stocked with all the conveniences you’ll need. Retreat to the large primary king bedroom and adjoining luxury spa bathroom on the main level, after a long day of exploring. There are 2 living areas, one for great conversation for 6, the other to watch a movie on cable or the Roku TV channels. Bring your passwords to your streaming accounts so you can enjoy them here. Second bath & 3 bedrooms are on top level. All beds are brand new Canadian made memory foam, with silky soft sheets. All bedding is new, freshly laundered and aired. We have a professional cleaner who is versed in all the updated cleaning protocols, and the washer and dryer have antibacterial settings for those guests with sensitivities. We are equipped for infants as well.

The whole family will enjoy many onsite activities like outdoor fires while watching the kids having fun sledding down the hill, they will be exhausted, outdoor warmer weather games, board game nights, river watching and BBQ’s from the large deck with attached gazebo.

Beautiful stay, wonderful hosts!

Beautiful property overlooking the water, just minutes from Kouchibouguac National Park. Lovely home with all amenities a family could need. Beautiful outdoor space and the hosts even built us a bonfire to enjoy. We would highly recommend and hope to be back!

Serene Retreat with all the perks, Close to Moncton

This property had it all! From the moment we drove up the long driveway (I felt so safe letting my kids run around because we weren't close to the road!) to the welcoming house on the hill, we knew we'd found the perfect vacation home, just one hour from Moncton! We instantly felt right at home with all the cozy comforts - the decor was both inviting AND elegant, with throw pillows and soft blankets (my kids LOVED), and even the lighting was thoughtfully designed to ensure the ambience was right no matter what time of day (Something I really appreciate). There were luxurious spa-like amenities including a huge soaking tub complete with all you'd need to enjoy yourself! The serene atmosphere felt like a secluded retreat, yet it was only five minutes from the stunning beach at Kougibouguac Provincial Park—an ideal mix of peace and convenience. And again, only an hour from Moncton. This little getaway had everything we needed to feel pampered and at ease—an absolute gem for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat with the perks of a spa and easy access to some of the Maritimes' best beaches.
