ANGELINA APARTMENT IS LOCATED JUST ONE HOUR SOUTH OF CANCUN IN PLAYA DEL CARMEN THE HEART OF THE RIVIERA MAYA, MEXICO. BEAUTIFUL NEW BOUTIQUE LIFESTYLE BUILDING TO ENJOY YOUR LITTLE PARADISE. FROM HERE IT IS EASY TO ACCESS TO THE BEACH (MAMITAS & KOOL BEACH CLUBS). THE FAMOUS 5TA AVENIDA WITH ALL ITS RESTAURANTS IS ONLY A FEW STEPS.

The apartment is was fully renovated in an old building. The renovation was completed in 2017. The architect succeeded in preserving and restoring the old charm, while adding a contemporary touch.

THE APARTMENT IS TOTALLY NEW . Contemporary furniture. Unbeatable location over the city center to experience the local life. Lots of light. Full of character. Balcony. Stainless steel appliances

The flat is minimalistic in design and furniture.The owner has put there just a few nice things, so his family feels comfortable but not overloaded by objects, when staying at Playa. He has chosen all what you see in the apartment for his family to enjoy. He hopes you will like it as well.

The owner is an artist that has designed the interior and decorated the flat with an exquisite taste.

This charming two-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet block in Playa del Carmen New neighborhood. .

Clean linens and towels will be provided. Our shared bathroom is stocked with initial body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We never had pets in the apartment.

We always keep the apartment impeccably clean.

Parking: Guests can park for free on any of the streets. There is a parking at the entrance of the building for free on an assigned parking lot.

Seamless spotless great location

Great location near touristic but also near local amenities. Good interaction with concierge. Nice industrial design, spacious, clean. Will recommend and come again.

Doesn't Measure Up

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we enjoyed the service the agent provided, the apartment had problems that never were fixed. 1) poor internet, and ONLY in the living room because of concrete walls; they need repeaters2) oven never worked; requested service 2 different times.3) drinking water deliver was spotty. Not sure why they did'nt provide an extra with each delivery.Nice location. Comfortable beds. NOISY dogs in apartment above; dogs woke us up several nights. GOOD location. The company who managed the property were polite and professional; only thing was they never sent anyone to fix the over (after a quirky event where it worked for 3 mins)

Our concierge and host stayed in touch with you through the stay and tried to help you out with all you need to comfortably enjoy it! Our maintenance staff came to the apartment in 2 occasions to verify the owen and confirmed everything was perfectly on order, possibly you were not familiar with it and cannot use it easily. About the water we offer the fist tank for free and inform our guests in case of replacement to ask the concierge to have it delivered in a short time frame, tanks are delivered closed and verified prior. We are sorry to hear your overall satisfaction was so poor considering the condo recently renewed and all in all it counts with full amenities for a pleaseant vacation. We hope you get us the opportunity to exceed your expectations in one of our condos next time! Kind regards from Playa Moments' team.

I prefer 5-star hotels when I travel, and in Playa del Carmen have always stayed at Hilton, or Hyatt but I was going to be in town for a while with my family and wanted something a bit larger and cheaper. However, a few years ago I tried another apartment but was very disappointed. On this trip, I was absolutely pleased. The apartment has just been fully renovated to a very high European standard, the size is massive, the furniture is new and quite comfortable, the kitchen was perfect. And the owner arranged for daily cleaning at a very low charge - which was an unexpected but greatly appreciated. This apartment compares well, in some ways better, than the 5-star hotels. The apartment had been beautifully renovated. A new king size bed in main room provided a very comfortable nights sleep. Large 55 inch flat screen tv provided a comfy night in. Spa bath in main bathroom was lovely. Easy flat 5 minute walk to restaurants, shopping. Extremely quite wake to sounds of birds. Will definitely be back loved the apartment.

Reviewer Comments: PM arranged for a pick up and we were dropped off at the wrong address and had to wait over an hour before we were picked up a redirected to the this condo. Trying calling Luna and the customer service number only to be disconnected MANY times. This was not a great onboarding to say the least.

It was clean and we had weekly cleaning provided. The management company was available by email for any requests for water refill etc. We did totally enjoy the restraunts 5 star in proximity and laundry facility just minutes away. A short walk to the beach and of course the famous 5th Avenue. Location was a key factor for our choice and this met all requirements.
