With a gorgeous architectural design and a large driveway, explore the bright and cheery family room. There is comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV.Modern furnishings in neutral tones blend seamlessly with the backdrop of the pool and water views you see through the wall of sliders. Comfortable sofa bed (queen size) adds to the soothing atmosphere. You can snuggle together to watch a show or stretch out with a book in the living room. The formal dining room has a table for 6. The kitchen and dining flow into the great room, providing an open yet comfortable living area. The kitchen is the heart of this home and boasts appliances- dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and an island with 2 bar stools perfect to enjoy your Sunday brunch! Adjoining the kitchen is a dining table overlooking the lanai & pool area.

The primary suite is a relaxing space, with a king bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet,and has a direct access to the patio/pool area.The en-suite bathroom is complete with two separate sink vanities, a custom walk-around shower,rain shower heads and a private enclosed toilet area. Two more bedrooms and a bathroom are on the opposite side of this home, giving guests a wing of their own. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a double-size bed,a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and a walk-in closet. Guest bathroom features a vanity,and a shower-over-the-tub combination and an access to the lanai/pool area.All bathrooms have hair dryers. The separate laundry room has a washer,dryer,and a utility sink.This home has Wi-Fi.

On the lanai, you will find an outdoor eating area where you can enjoy a meal, a glass of wine, or a game of cards.On the pool deck,you have access to a lounging area, with lovely views of the water. There is also a standalone charcoal grill. Imagine yourself relaxing on the spacious covered deck, absorbing the breathtaking beauty that surrounds you.

•POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL FOR $25+TAX/NIGHT ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY WHICH MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE. (NOTE: APRIL TO SEPTEMBER POOL HEATING OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE)
•Please inform us in advance if you would like the pool to be heated. For safety reasons, the pool temperature will not be set higher than 80 degrees. We cannot guarantee the pool's temperature at any time due to varying climate factors. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.
• Pool:Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision
• Pool care: Scheduled once a week.They will enter from the backyard door.They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited.Claim will be made
• Kindly ensure that the BBQ cover is placed back on it after each use to prevent rusting or damage.Please do so once the BBQ has completely cooled down
*There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance.Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be.Guest understands and agrees to access.
