2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is a queen bed. the other is a double. Both rooms have storage for your personal items.

Our full bath has a walk-in glass shower. The half bath is shared with the laundry room. We provide a starter kit of essentials for our guests (soaps, shampoo, etc)

The firepit is located on the back balcony, overlooking the Mississippi River and the train track.

The hot tub is located in the back of the property with the Mississippi River as your view.

Guest parking is on the property. Please inquire about boat docking access.

Our rental is ADA compliant (entryways, no stairs needed, ground floor, ramps, arm rails in bathroom, * no ADA structure in the walk-in shower)

Awesome social life within walking distance. Lilly pad/golden frog offers docks to river for your boat during the day. Wingdam bar, old joes, are other taverns. JP cafe has ice cream and great cafe food. Seven Hawks offers wine tasting. ALL WALKING DISTANCE from our place. Very safe and family like atmosphere.

We do offer a hot tub as an amenity. We ask that you please follow our instructions and guide when using the hot tub.

We have a pet fee per pet for up to 2 pets.
You will need transportation as local transit is not always available.
No smoking in the home.

When parking, we ask you to stay on our property only, no street parking.

We allow pets. We do have a $25.00 pet fee per pet.
