I’m glad y’all had a great stay. And do apologize about the temperature of the master bedroom. I am thinking the mini split in the living room was keeping the temperature down and it wasn’t sensing the main unit to turn on. I’ve switched the thermostat from auto to on to help alleviate that problem for future guests. Thanks for the positive feedback. We’re still learning. And hope to host you again!

Im so very sorry that you had to experience some unfortunate events with the air conditioning during your stay and I thought we accommodated you very well on providing a temporary fix because it was after 5pm and on the weekend. We were even told by your husband that our customer service was above and beyond and that we would definitely be getting a good review. So I’m very shocked to get this review almost 3 months later. As far as the camera We don’t watch and listen to guests during their stay. The 1 camera monitors the side door only and after you said something I had given you the option to unplug it during your stay.(I even told you that was the reason we didn’t have a doorbell camera to allow guests to do this during their stay) And the camera has always been disclosed in our listing. As far as location we are definitely a quaint cabin located on the lake in the “boonies” and there is at least a 30 minute drive for amenities because of that I have always tried to provide in my listing some closer mom and pop locations for eating and picking up small items. Again I apologize that you felt your stay was “so so” I wasn’t given that impression when we talked but we can always strive to be better ☺️

I did reach out to you during your stay to confirm that the new unit we have just installed was working properly but didn’t get a response back so I assumed everything was working as it should and your stay was going great.Those concerns mentioned are already being addressed because we do strive to do our best. The rustic charm of the cabin has always been something guests compliment us about.
