The majority of this resort is located directly across the street from the beach and all guests have beach access. Only a few suites have a view of the ocean or Intracoastal view.

Ocean Palm Building: From March 27 to July 3, 2026, the Ocean Palm building will undergo renovations. All units and the Ocean Palm pool will be closed and unavailable during this time. Dates are subject to change.

Key West Building: Renovations are scheduled from July 31 to October 26, 2026. All units in the Key West building, as well as the Key West pool, will be closed and unavailable for use. Dates are subject to change.
