This luxurious 2,700+ square foot home is located in La Privada, a private gated community near Sedona. The home has two master suites, an office suite, a large living room and kitchen, and a fireplace. The property backs up to a golf course and the home comes with access to the community center, which has a pool and clubhouse if you book more than a month. There is a large, covered patio in the back, which is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets, as well as the occasional hot air balloon.

There is a partially refundable utility fee if utility usage is reasonable for average utility amount. Amounts over average will be deducted.

Beautiful Home

Enjoyed Terry's lovely large home. Close to all of the Sedona attractions but in a much more peaceful setting. Terry was always very prompt in getting back to us w/ any questions

Outstanding experience in every way!

My entire experience with the owner and her gorgeous property was outstanding. Not only is this home elegant and comfortable, the owner was warm and extremely gracious from the get-go. The house is large without feeling overwhelming. It has an open format with incredibly high ceilings. So gorgeous! The house location offers outstanding views of the mountains (and a green, green golf course) from multiple rooms. It is so bright and sunny with ample huge picture windows and French doors from both the master bedroom and living room. The owner is telling the truth when she describes the home as a special, healing place. It is sunny and airy and lovely. We particularly enjoyed our daily “nature” show of hummingbirds flying right up to the kitchen window (which faces a beautiful secluded courtyard area) and the family room window (which faces the mountains/golf course). No “rental” décor here; this home is decorated with beautiful artwork and furniture - an eclectic mix of high-end gorgeous and comfortable pieces. The kitchen is a pleasure, outfitted with everything you need to cook to your heart’s content (I’ve never seen such pretty granite countertops before). There is a spacious refrigerator, large divided sink, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stovetop. The laundry room is spacious and features a top-of-the-line washer/dryer. For dining, you can sit at the granite kitchen bar, the large kitchen table, or outside on the beautiful patio. I got many great nights of sleep in the master king-sized bed- very comfortable with beautiful bedding and all-cotton sheets. There is an enormous walk-in closet off the master bedroom. The master bathroom is a pure joy, with double sinks, a separate toilet room, a gigantic soaking tub, and a huge double shower with benches and a separate center “rain” shower head. There were plenty of plush towels of high-quality cotton. In terms of location, you’re a quick 20-minute drive to Sedona and you get the best of both worlds by staying in this home – Sedona fun and exploration and then a return to the quiet beauty of Cornville. Club House facilities are excellent with a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, and work out room. In summary, the owner has been gracious and accommodating; interacting with her and staying in her home helped bring some joy to my stressful summer! I very much recommend a stay at this fantastic property. I know you’ll be so pleased and refreshed through the experience. Many thanks!

Erin was a delight to have stay at my home. She appreciated the home, decor, views and location as I do and as a homeowner that is such a good feeling. My home is not always available on HomeAway for guests but when it is I am so grateful to have guests like Erin stay here.

A great trouble free enjoyable vacation,thank you !!

We (two couples) rented this gorgeous house for 31 days based on the photos and description. From the time I contacted Home Away and then Terrie Marie the owner everything went uphill. Communication, payments, instructions and information were down to a T. We got there at night and everything was as expected, the house was very well equipped and Terrie Marie left enough supplies to get us going. The house is just 16 miles south of Sedona on a gated community right next to the Golf Course and the mountains for background, and situated in the center (no more than 15-20 minutes) of everything there`s to see and do. The house which became our home is very well appointed and just as described, one huge Master bedroom with a huge bathroom, walk in closet, double sinks double showers and a big tub. A smaller cozier bedroom with it`s own bathroom, huge kitchen with all the toys, dinning area ,a sitting area with TV and Library, a huge living room with a study room just off, laundry room with washer and dryer, a good size pantry and two more bathrooms. Doors to the patio from the Master bedroom and from the living room, big windows galore and 12 foot ceilings with 8 foot doors throughout !!. The patio will be well used, the vistas ,the quietness and the star gazing are amazing. There`s also a pull out couch in case and an attached double garage that makes it great to unload the car and come right in. We truly enjoyed the house and will recommend it in a heart beat. Terrie Marie takes pride of ownership and it shows. There is great walking with trails starting right outside the gates and nearby, it`s a walking paradise and a five minute drive to all shopping and dinning, also the access to the club house included with a mini gym, pool table, library, swimming pool ,hot tub and BBQ area.. I built this home after seeing what a beautiful community this was going to be with such amazing views and a wonderful place to walk and look at the stars at night. Sedona has always been a special place for me to visit and have many friends here.
Being a producer I work long hours and the tranquility of the area and in particular this home rejuvenate me and those who stay here.
Since I travel a lot I decided to use Homeaway as have many friends of mine all over the world. That way I can share the beauty and feeling of this amazing place and know that someone is in the home who appreciates it like i do.

This lot was my second choice. After I had purchased a lot I went back and saw that this one was still available (much higher price) but it had a double wide golf course behind it so neighbors to the back are very far away and much more green to look at. The mountain view is stunning and I built the home to take advantage of both those elements. It was also quite a bit higher than the lot next door so it overlooks more than most of the other homes in the area.

Again, the view is wonderful. There is a great peace in the home due to it being blessed by A Native American Medicine Man and Feng Shuied by a master from a Chinese lineage that traces back to the Emperor. You feel it in the house. The flow and light are great.
