This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom DUPLEX HOME has an open concept floor plan with ample amounts of natural light throughout. Take a dip in the hot tub and then head inside to warm up near the cozy electric fireplace. Take a short walk to the beach area, drive over to grab some food in the downtown area or shop at the local outlet mall.

**NOTE TO ALL GUESTS - There are two parking spaces available in the rear of the home where you enter. We do allow for one more car to fit sideways directly behind the other two cars. You may also park on Lake St in front of the home.

Guest Access:
You have access to your side of the home. The hot tub pictured, back patio, grill, interior of home is all for you and your family.

The Neighborhood:
A beautiful little neighborhood near the beach, zoo, casino, wineries, restaurants and so much more!! **Please note we are located near the South Shore train, which is a passenger train. You may hear it from time to time during your stay.

Getting Around:
This is a beach town, so parking is crowded the closer you get to the beach area. We have free street parking in front of our home on S Lake Ave and two available spots in the rear of the home (where you will enter upon arriving). There area a couple local restaurants that you can walk to as well.

Other Things to Note:
Please understand that asking for early check-in will not always be possible and an extra fee will be applied. Many of our bookings are back to back and adequate time is needed to make sure the home is properly cleaned for all of our guests. Ask for details.

**Note that for "beach essentials" we only provide you with beach towels and a beach wagon. You will have to bring umbrellas, chairs and other beach items that you feel you may want during your stay.

**Please do not hang any decorations on our walls using tape, thumbtacks or anything else. There will be an extra fee if damage is made to walls

This area does not allow fireworks.
