3 Bedroom Home with Heated Private Pool Close to Golf & Beach

Our private home is located amongst majestic pines and palms, in a quiet, safe, peaceful residential area. It is situated in Rotonda Lakes on Florida's Gulf Coast renowned for its numerous championship golf courses and beautiful soft white sandy beaches.

Our smoke free home is fully air-conditioned with a queen-size master bedroom complete with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom and a door leading to the lanai. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, his and her wash basins and a private toilet. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and a double closet. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds, a large dresser and walk-in closet. Both bedrooms share a bathroom that includes a tub/shower, vanity and toilet.

The home has a spacious open living room furnished with 2 leather reclining couches and a TV with satellite. Double doors lead to the lanai and pool area. There is a formal dining area that seats up to 8 people.

The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and utensils and has a table with seating for 4. There is a phone with unlimited calling in the US and free unlimited Broadband Internet access located in the desk area off the kitchen. There is a laundry room is off the kitchen that includes a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The rear of the property has a large lanai fully furnished with patio table and chairs for outside dining, or relaxing around the electrically heated private swimming pool. This area is completely screened to keep out bugs and is ideal for sunbathing, barbecuing and generally relaxing in this tranquil location.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, with a private backyard that made it easy to relax and unwind. The neighbors were so friendly and even offered to help if we needed anything. The location was also ideal — just a short drive to the beaches, restaurants, and shops. We can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable home away from home

This home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed for our week's stay. Great location close to Pioneer Trail, Golfing, Pickleball and Local Beaches. Would gladly stay at this property in the future. Hosts answered all questions very quickly. Located in a wonderful neighbourhood.

Very relaxing and private

This was our fourth time staying here and we love the peace and tranquility of the very private pool and back yard, listening to the birds singing, watching the gopher tortoise make his rounds and the evening rabbits munching on grass.

A great home away from home!

We had a wonderful vacation in this home! The house is beautiful and well maintained. The pool was perfect. The privacy was a happy surprise! The location put us close to so many destinations; beaches and restaurants. We would highly recommend this house!

Very secluded place!!!

This place was amazing specially if you have pets!!! Dan was on point we had an issue with the fridge and all I had to to was made 1 phone call next thing you know fridge on the way. The pool was amazing and I must say the house was GREAT!!! THANKS DAN

RELAXXX!!

The house is located on a very quiet neighborhood and it was perfect,clean and with everything you'll need to relax. The pool was clean .Beaches are around 15 miles and supermarkets about 5 minutes drive.If you want to relax without all the noise,this is it!.the price was just right..We had a wonderful time.Thank you for your wonderful home...

Private Oasis

We just ended our second month long stay at this peaceful property and we are always sad to leave. The private backyard surrounded by trees and palms attracts various birds and wildlife, including their resident gopher tortoise and her friends, while you relax in the heated pool watching the sunset or dining on the patio. Plenty of room (and tableware) to host family and friends, clean and comfortable rooms including a bright kitchen with every amenity, linen, supply you can think of. It is a perfect location to visit several beaches within 20-40 minutes, not including top ten beach Siesta Key about an hour away. If you are looking in the Englewood/Rotunda area you probably already know this is the perfect spot! This well maintained home is a restful, pleasurable base for adventures, or a spending a secluded tropical retreat.

Loved Our Stay

We have spent three winters in Dan's house. Dan is great to work with. We love this house. What we like about the house: ...the quiet location and privacy of the house ...the open concept of the house ...the beautiful pool and lanai ...the house is well stocked, it has everything you need ...only 10-15 minutes to the beach ...close to restaurants and grocery stores (about 5 minutes) ...on days you don't want to be outside and at night, it has a great TV satellite package ...comfortable beds ...nicely furnished Thank you Dan for sharing your house with us! Best Vacation House Ever!!!!

We spent the month of April 2017 here and loved every minute of our stay. What makes this home a 5 Star? 1. Location : Quiet area. Only the roof of one other house is visible from pool area. 2. Location: Close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, ice cream!! And 3 airports. (Sarasota, Ft. Myers, Tampa). 3. Pool: Clean and serviced weekly. Heated, if needed. Lanai area is large with table and chairs for outside dining and lounge chairs for sunning. Pool/Beach towels provided. 4. Amenities: Everything that is in my own home is available in this home. From the wine glasses to the crockpot. Gas grill to laundry soap. I do believe that replacing what we used helps the next tenant enjoy the house too. 5. Helpful owners: they can be easily contacted. They allow use of their bicycles, their beach chairs, their boogie board. They keep the house clean and in tip top shape. Everything works. Thanks Dan and Family! See you for our next vacation! Great house for a get away!

Quiet place to stay in Rotunda West

This home was perfect for our vacation. It was spacious and had all we needed for cooking meals at the house. We used the small coolers to pack waters and lunch for the beach, two adult beach chairs (one child’s chair), boogie board, beach towels, nice bath towels and so many other amenities available. The neighborhood is quiet with tortoises and hares nearby… take note 😉. The pool was refreshing and early mornings on the lanai with a cuppa were secluded on all three sides from neighbors. Our local friends will be suggesting this home for their various guests that come throughout the year. Thank you for a lovely place at a reasonable price. We hope to return.

Excellent choice!

This property was everything you need when you're on vacation with kids! The check in was a breeze! Extremely clean, well stocked with all kinds of kitchenware, huge pots, little pots, lots of little things in the utensils drawer, like garlic squizer, potato masher etc. The pool, oh my goodness, was it the highlight of this property! Amazingly taken care of! With an option to be heated if the water is too cold. The bedrooms were nice, good beds, nice linens. Lots of towels too. Master bedroom bed was a bit too squeaky though )) Very quiet area, secluded from neighbors from 3 sides with a green area, we even spotted some rabbits and turtles on couple of occasions. Within 20-30 min from really nice beaches with amenities. If you come with a baby or a toddler, there is a portable crib (pack-n-play) and a high chair available, wich was a tremendous help with feeding our toddler and keeping the food off of floors. Will definitely stay here again, no doubt!

Great house and vacation area

This property is lovely. Great kitchen with everything you need. The large smart TV was a treat as usually the TV at rentals is not as nice as my home TV. The Wifi was a bit slow at times but more than adequate. The pool was great. Everything was very clean. We went to beaches on Boca Grande and Englewood which were very beautiful.
