We’d like to kindly clarify a few points for future guests reading this. For safety and security reasons, we do not publish a full exterior layout of the property, including exterior staircases. This is consistent with many vacation rentals in our area. Because of this, we always encourage guests to reach out prior to booking if they have specific needs related to mobility, accessibility, or bathroom placement. We’re more than happy to provide additional clarity in advance so guests can ensure the home is the right fit for their group. During your stay, we also offered multiple times to assist with the TV concerns in real time, but assistance was declined. Clear communication during a stay allows us the opportunity to address and resolve issues as they arise. We understand that not every home is the perfect fit for every group, and we appreciate your feedback. Our goal is always transparency, guest safety, and a positive experience, and we remain available both before and during each stay to help guests make informed decisions.
