This Brewster home, located in a quiet neighborhood, offers an open feel with cathedral ceilings in the living room and kitchen. The property offers three bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, one with a queen sized bed and the third with two bunkbeds, sleeping 8 comfortably. The property is .3 mi to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, just 2 mi to Cape Cod Bay beaches, and includes access rights to Blueberry Pond for great kayaking or canoeing. Amenities include a gas grill, premium cable package, washer/dryer and an enclosed outdoor shower. **Property is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along! (One dog only with an added $325 weekly fee) Yard is partially fenced. Recent updates include: a new microwave, new primary bedroom mattress, new rugs in dining and family room, upgraded outdoor furniture, and a Keurig coffee machine!

3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. Pets considered with an added pet fee. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely house. Could have used more cleaning supplies and a brush to clean the grill. Finally, the lockbox did not work when we checked out and we had to leave the keys in the house

Clean, private, great backyard

House was clean, as described. Bigger than the pictures make it out to be, which was a nice surprise. Backyard was great with pea gravel, grill, deck...etc. Very private, could barely see a neighboring house.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A beautiful old house with a lovely outdoor area and nice terrace. However, the smell of the house - a persistent mixture of old, damp house and old cigarette smoke - is definitely not for fine noses. One bathroom rug in particular started to stink as soon as it got damp. Unfortunately, there were also no bed linen or towels, which was not announced clearly enough for us. We went out in the evening to buy these for all of us.

Great cozy location, but you have to bring EVERYTHING YOURSELF!

We had a great time at this house. The location was great for getting downtown or to the beach. We loved the parking sticker for the pond to swim in near by. However, I’m thankful that I called the property manager before arriving to see if there was propane in the grill. On our call she warned me that the house doesn’t have; towels, sheets, trash bags, soap, toilet paper, NOTHING. It didn’t say anywhere on the listing about this, so I’m glad i called! Now that we know, we’d definitely go back with a full understanding of expectations.

Needs some love

While the location was central and east to get around- the property itself needs some love. The listing had described the property as meticulous; however this was not the case. The smell of the house smelled of cigarettes, there were mice droppings in the basement, cave crickets in our shower one day and spider webs around the beds and in the corners of the bedrooms. The outdoor shower had very low pressure and did not have hot water. The back sliding door lock was not working and had a piece of wood in the jam as a bandaid. The access to blueberry pond was great, and very easy to get to rail trail and to the beaches- just know this is an older home that needs some love.

Great stay

A great vacation rental,!

It was very clean, the air conditioning worked really well and it has a beautiful yard with a new grill. It also has a very nice basement with tv, couches and a ping pong table, which is perfect for a rainy day.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great - quiet, peaceful neighborhood that was good for walking our dog. Very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, although about a third of a mile is on busy Millstone Road. We did find a better way to get to the CCRT which minimized riding on Millstone. The house itself is just ok. No major issues, but a few minor things that were annoying. The oven burned everything, the display on the microwave didn't display anything (microwave worked), front screen door didn't latch so dog could push it open. Clothes dryer took forever to dry anything. Not impressed with the overall maintenance. For us, the location was the most important so problems with the house didn't ruin vacation.

Nice but needs new grill and coffee maker
