Welcome to our luxurious 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms entire house located in the heart of Los Angeles (no share spaces). This stunning property boasts sleek and modern design throughout, creating an atmosphere of sophistication and elegance.

As you enter this place, you'll be greeted by a spacious and bright living room, complete with comfortable seating, antique furniture, crystal chandeliers lighting. The open-plan layout flows seamlessly into the dining area, which features a stylish table and chairs perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying a family meal. Bathrooms are fully upgraded and covered with designer tiles.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a gas range, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Beautiful granite countertops and ample storage space make meal prep and cooking a breeze.

This 3000 square foot house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all 3 bedrooms have queen size beds, and 2 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. 3rd Bedroom has a private bathroom, but it is outside of the bedroom. Two bedrooms have large flat smart TV for your entertainment.

Other amenities include high-speed internet, central air conditioning, and high-end washer and dryer for your convenience.

There is also a secluded patio furnished with BBQ and seating area attached to the house for your enjoyment.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located in the middle of the city and in the heart of Beverly Grove area.

We will provide 2 parking permits for two cars during our guests' stay.

If you require additional parking or have any further questions, please contact the host.
There are no permits required street parking available nearby.

Guests have access to the entire place, which includes 3 furnished bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a lovely dining area, a spacious living room, a modern equipped kitchen, and a gorgeous private patio/BBQ area.

We had an amazing time at this house! Itā€™s elegant, spacious, and perfect for a group stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, and two of them even had their own bathrooms and showers, which made things so convenient for us. The patio was lovely, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was idealā€”just a short drive to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Hollywood, and within walking distance of The Grove and LACMA.The host was excellentā€”he sent us all the check-in details and the address ahead of time, then met us at the house to welcome us and share some great local recommendations. I highly recommend this listing!

Wonderful house in a great location

The house is clean with spacious bedrooms, a large living room and a great dining area. We had (5) adults and (1) two-year old child come to LA for a family reunion and the unit had plenty of room for all of us. We also thought the location was fabulous. We were within walking distance to the Grove, tar pits plus the auto and motion picture museums. We would recommend.

Woderful accomodations

The appartment is beautiful and the owner couldn't be more accommodating. He answered almost immediately to any of our needs. We had our son and wife and daughter and grandchild. Each twosome had their own bathroom which was wowonderful..The kitchen equippedand there was a washer and dryer. We would definitelystay here again. Also, it was in a great location..

Trip to Beverly Hills

I stayed at this house with my out of town relatives. The house was upscale and spacious. It had everything we needed for our visit. This listing was for an entire 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms house. The location was centralize, short distance to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Grove Mall. The host was welcoming and met us upon our arrival and showed us around the house and pointed us to a few nearby shopping places. We will stay here again.

Great for a family group!

I recently stayed at this wonderful house with my out of town relatives . The first thing that impressed us was the elegantly decorated living room and bedrooms. The kitchen was large, and the lovely patio was a fantastic feature. The house was perfectly located, just a 10-minute walk from the Grove mall where we enjoyed some fine dining and a short Uber ride from Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. The host texted us ahead of time and warmly welcomed us when we arrived. I strongly recommend this place for anyone wanting to experience city life.

Centeralize location!

I had a pleasure staying at this great listing with my family. The place is spacious and very elegantly designed and decorated. The bedrooms were great size for our family, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The location is centerlizd to most LA attractions, the Grove mall and LA museum were walkable. There are plenty of nice dining options nearby. The Beverley Hills and West Hollywood were short Uber ride. The host welcome us at the property and show us around. We definitely stay here again. Fabulous Stay

We stayed at this house for a month, and I canā€™t express how impressed we were with all aspects of the accommodation. The interior is a designer dream with a blend of sophistication and classic antique style. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, bathrooms were stylish, and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The location was great, situated short distance to the Grove, LACMA, and Beverly Hills attractions. The house overlooks the street so we felt like we are in a city center. The host was very welcoming and met us at the property for our check-in and gave us some local tips. I highly recommend this listing!

Beautiful House!

My family of 6 stayed at this house. The house was gorgeous, comfortable, and a great location. The listing was for the entire private house, no shared spaces. The house had all the amenities we needed for our stay and layout was spaces and relaxing for a large group. The host was great, texted us the direction and check-in information before our arrival and met us at the property to show us around. The location is walkable to the Grove mal, LACMA, and 3rd street restaurants. Most Beverly hills attractions are short a few minutes drive. The neighborhood was super safe and upscale.
