While this is a perfectly nice place to stay, it is in need of some serious TLC. The refrigerator can’t maintain its temperature & parts of the inside are broken. The stovetop really struggles, & the oven has a 50/50 chance (at best) of heating your food properly, Paint would go a long way in helping refresh & brighten the house. Much of the furniture is chipped and cheapens the overall look. It really needs a thorough dusting, especially the fans throughout the property & all of the fake floral arrangements. Adding lamps to the living area upstairs would be a good idea. The overhead lights are stunningly bright, but you’re left with no other choice. Moving outside, please consider power washing the patio, the decks, & especially all of the outside furniture, We didn’t use any of it due to grime & mildew. Also, the swing on the patio has seen its best days. Easy to replace. The big pluses in the house are great AC, water pressure, proximity to the beach, comfortable beds, & clean bathrooms. Providing more than one bath towel per person per stay would have been greatly appreciated, though. One last thing to note: golf carts are only allowed within the neighborhood itself. If going into town at all, you’ll need your car. We didn’t mind this because there were 7 of us & we only could take 6 in the provided cart. We also only really wanted it for access to the beach, which was so close & really helpful for carting stuff back & forth.
