Inside, you will find premium appliances in the main kitchen; Sonos surround sound in dual living room areas; 2 PlayStation 5 gaming systems (one in twin bunk room, one in den); beverage station; two laundry areas; covered porches and oceanfront decks; and ceiling fans throughout. The elevator is ADA compliant and there are 2 handicap-accessible bedrooms and bathrooms. On-site parking for 8 cars. Enjoy Islander Resort privileges two doors away. For event-related stays, the event capacity is 75 with a separate service charge (please inquire before booking). Please Note: Renters must be 25 years old. Advance notice is needed for pool & spa heat (fee required). Smoking is not permitted in or around the property.
