Newly built. Luxury Resort Lodge, ideal for corporate, golf outings and large family events. Starlink wifi! Perched on ridge overlooking 300 acre Scottish Highlander cattle ranch with amazing sunset views. Private nine hole par three golf course. Private 17 ft x 8 ft foot pool in back yard. With access to Galena Territory owners club community pools nearby (six minutes). Miles of Trails, Ponds, farm animals (peacocks, turkeys, geese, chickens, llamas, alpaca, donkey, miniature horses, pony and herd of Scottish Highland cattle). Each bedroom (8) has private bath and 8 foot sliding glass doors with ten mile views, with entrance to large rear deck. Access to Nearby Eagle Ridge Resort and Golf and Galena territory owners club facilities. Corporate golf membership included with reduce greens fees. Lodge is on 300 acres of trails, swimming and fishing ponds, ball fields, farm animals. Amazing views. One of a kind facility. Relax/swim, in the on-site swim spa/pool.....while watching sunset, with ten mile views. Luxury Gourmet kitchen with extra butler kitchen, large island and table for 16, and downstairs apt kitchen. Size of the house was awesome!!! We had enough room for the couples and the kids!Everyone under the same roof to spend time together visiting and sharing awesome food!The kitchen stove was amazing! We were cooking together making meals and of course breakfast and Saturday night Prime rib!!! We had room to play games and put puzzle together!The sunrise was fantastic!!!We saw hairy cows!Enjoyed the snow storm from our amazing bank of windows in the house!

The home is beautiful and the views are amazing! We had a group of 12 and everyone had their own bedroom with a private bath. We enjoyed an early Thanksgiving dinner together all seated around the large dining table. The butler pantry with additional oven, sink, etc. was a huge help. It was a great spot to play games as well. Mark was very helpful and responded quickly as was Joe, the ranch hand. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

We loved our stay! We had a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The hot tub is very large and half of it is a jetted swim area which was cool. We loved sitting in the hottub and looking out at the views. We made all of our meals at the house and the kitchen was well-stocked. We would absolutely stay here again.

Family gathering

Great place for a large family gathering. Everyone had their own beds. Large kitchen and table so all of us could gather and share a meal together. 10 mile views off the deck. Lots of different activities on the farm. Enjoyed Galena and the territories.

Retirement Party

Though we did not stay there overnight, this property was perfect for our dinner party. There was ample space to gather and relax. Our caterer had plenty of room to prepare the multi-course meal in private and plate/serve in front of the guests. We would not hesitate to use this property again!

Disappointing stay. The home was dirty when we arrived (used linens, dirty bathrooms, etc.) and we couldn’t check in for over two hours while it was cleaned. The listing was misleading — the “private golf course/ranch” was actually shared with other homes. The house was also unfinished, with construction materials inside and a missing fire alarm in one room. Not worth the price and would not stay again.

As Good As (If Not Better Than) It Looks

We had a three night family reunion here. 14 adults and a 2 year-old. This is an amazing house. 1) All bedrooms with private bath and large TV. 2) Outstanding kitchen - really a double kitchen with a butler's space (very large refrigerator, two restaurant size stoves, two large sinks, large island, well equipped). 3) Dining table that will seat 16 or more. 4) Large screen TVs all over the space (which was great for college bowl games). 5) Well appointed - this place feels rich. 6) Amazing, amazing views of rolling hills from a private space. 7) Much more. 8) Owners and farmhand were very easy and great to work with. I highly recommend this place. We look forward to going back.

We stayed at the ranch for my husband and I’s elopement weekend. It was the perfect space for 14 adults and one toddler - the ‘apartment’ downstairs was perfect as a separate space for the little one. The space is gorgeous, we had catering one night and a private chef for the wedding and the kitchen was excellent for both. The views from the back porch and walks through the ranch properly cannot be beat. Hosts were lovely, communicative and helpful throughout.

What an excellent Easter stay for my Siblings and kids. 17 total and plenty of space. Beautifully decorated and lots to do on the property. Gorgeous views (when it wasn't raining), kind of forget you're actually in Illinois. Ranch Joe was wonderful giving us the "lay of the land"!! Outstanding Lodge for a big group of folks. Would definitely stay here again.Owner Mark was a breeze to work with.
