*Deposit HOLD is released within 48 hrs. after check-out, pending cleaning and inspection
•Cash platform options are available upon request
•Depending on length of stay, reservations (more than 30 days) require a $500–$2,500 security deposit PAYMENT (not a hold)
•The Deposit is processed separately and is not included in the final Reservation Total

Vehicle registration is required
*Do NOT park in the garage without a Parking Confirmation
*Do NOT park in Reserved or numbered spaces or Future Resident

*Suite Connect is NOT affiliated with the garage and does not control enforcement. Booting or towing fines are the guest’s responsibility

*The Pool is generally open year-round but may close without notice for maintenance.
*No refunds are issued for amenity closures beyond our control

*This is a high-volume short-term rental. Minor wear and tear is normal (small scuffs, cosmetic imperfections, minor décor changes, etc.)
*We are not a hotel. We do not repaint or replace items for cosmetic preferences
*Guests must report concerns on the day of arrival
*Minor cosmetic issues are not grounds for refunds, cancellations, or negative reviews
*We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay
