The beach house neighbors so many attractions that are within a 10 minute drive of the property. The beach is also 2 blocks away which guests will love!

This beautiful beach house features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, outdoor deck space, living room, full kitchen, full size appliances, full size washer and dryer, and enough bedding to accommodate up to 8 guests!

There are 4 spacious bedrooms inside the home. They layouts are as follows!

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is located downstairs on the ground level and features a queen bed, window for natural light, a nightstand, closet for storage, wall mounted smart TV with streaming apps, and access to the private back patio.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located downstairs on the ground level and features a full size bed, window for natural lighting, a night stand, closet and dresser for storage, wall mounted smart TV with streaming apps, and access to the private back patio.

Both of these rooms have access to the bathroom that is next to bedroom 2. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, mirror, and toilet!

Bedroom 3: This bedroom is located upstairs and features a full size bed, window for natural light, night stand, dresser for storage, large smart TV with streaming apps, and access to the bathroom just down the hall. This bathroom features a tub/ shower combo, one sink vanity, mirror, and toilet.

Bedroom 4. This bedroom is upstairs and features a queen size bed, night stand, window for natural light, walk in closet and dresser for storage, smart TV with streaming apps, ceiling fan, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a standing shower with sliding glass doors, vanity, mirror and toilet.

Living Room: Walking to the second floor at the top of the steps is the living room! This is a perfect area to relax and hang out. The living room is furnished a large sectional, a wall mounted smart TV with streaming apps, coffee table, ceiling fan, and access to the uncovered deck area!

Just off from the living space, guests will have access to a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen offers full size appliances, fridge, stove, oven, mounted microwave, coffee maker, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short ride from the house. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options. Guests will also enjoy a full size dining room table with enough seating to accommodate up to 6 guests! There is additional seating just behind the dining area at the bar area for 2 additional guests!

In the garage is a full size washer and dryer! Guests will love the convenience of being able to do their laundry right in the rental house!

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

This beach house is in a prime location in Myrtle Beach, SC. Guests are only a short drive to North Myrtle Beach, Garden City, Surfside, and more! Guest will love the location and proximity to the beach, shopping, dining, live music, and so much more.
