Luxury two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with terrace, located less than 50 meters from the Pantheon. Situated on the top floor of the historic 16th-century noble residence “Palazzo Serlupi Crescenzi”, the apartment is accessible via elevator and offers an exceptional blend of charm and comfort.

The building stands on one of the safest and most prestigious streets in Rome, just a few steps away from the Chamber of Deputies and the Italian Parliament. This is a place where the timeless beauty of the past merges harmoniously with the vitality of the present, creating a truly unique atmosphere.

The location of this apartment is truly exceptional. Just 50 meters from Piazza della Rotonda and the Pantheon, the area is bursting with colors, flavors, and centuries of history. The neighborhood is rich in evocative corners and hidden gems that continuously reveal glimpses of Rome’s cultural and historical heritage. Wandering through its narrow alleys is a pleasure in itself, offering a chance to uncover the city’s most intimate and authentic side, made of legends, traditions, and timeless beauty.

From the apartment, you can easily walk to some of the city's most iconic attractions, including Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, the Trevi Fountain, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Vatican Museums, just to name a few. Despite its central location, the apartment is tucked away on a quiet street, offering peace and tranquility both day and night. Everything you might need is just around the corner, including supermarkets, shops, ATMs, pharmacies, bookstores, cafés, and restaurants of all kinds.

One of the apartment’s real strengths is its ideal layout. It is perfect for two couples, as each bedroom has access to a separate bathroom, ensuring complete privacy. It is equally suitable for families with children, and it can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, offering both privacy and comfort.

The apartment features a small terrace with an internal courtyard view, accessed through a French door from the second bedroom. It is furnished with a small table and chairs, providing a lovely spot for relaxing outdoors. The building itself is equipped with a lift that reaches the apartment floor directly.

The interior is spacious, carefully furnished, and filled with natural light from morning until late afternoon. Standout features include exposed wooden beams and traditional terracotta flooring, which lend the space a warm and distinctive character.

Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed into a generous living room with a dining area, which leads into a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes gas hobs, an oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (with capsules provided), tea, pans, pots, and all necessary cooking utensils. The living area is furnished with a large and comfortable sofa that converts into a standard double bed with an orthopedic mattress, a spacious dining table for six, and a 55” OLED TV.

The living room and kitchen form the heart of the apartment, from which you can access the first bedroom and the first bathroom. The first bedroom features a king-size bed (67 inches wide by 79 inches long) and a large, comfortable twin sofa bed. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and offers direct access to the terrace and the second bathroom through a French door.

All beds are equipped with orthopedic memory foam mattresses and additional toppers to ensure maximum comfort. Guests can choose between feather and memory foam pillows.

The first bathroom is accessible from the living room, while the second is en-suite to the second bedroom. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials, including extra toilet paper, soap bars, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, cotton swabs, makeup removal pads, and a hairdryer.

The apartment will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, with all beds (including the sofa bed) fully prepared, complete with sheets, pillows, and blankets. Each guest will be provided with a full set of towels (large, medium, and small), and additional towel sets are available in each bathroom.

The internet connection has recently been upgraded to high-speed fiber optics, offering up to 1 Gbps. All TVs in the apartment are equipped with Google Chromecast and provide access to Netflix, Prime Video, and international streaming channels.

Each room has air conditioning and independent heating to ensure maximum comfort throughout the year.
