Great location and steps from the beach

Booked this rental for 6 adults. The description and photos were as described. The location was very convenient, close to everything and steps away fr the beautiful beach.

Great condo and location on Beach in Destin

This 2 BR 2 BA Sundestin condo was perfect for the 4 of us! We stayed a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Beautiful weather and amenities. Owner was very responsive and great to work with. Will return!!!

Had a wonderful stay with some girlfriends! Only complaint is that there is no washer and dryer in the unit. We enjoyed the karaoke out by the pool one night. The location is great! Would recommend to others!!

Worked for us

This property was in a perfect location. Easy access to the pool, beach, and the strip. The property itself is older, but had everything we needed. We didn’t spend much time in the room, so it worked for us. Great vacation!

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

This condo was everything that we expected, and more. The complex is clean, safe, and full of amenities. We were able to sleep 7 easily, and the view is spectacular. Very nice privacy even in a large building. The condo is well furnished and comfortable, and we had everything that we needed. Owner and agent were a joy to work with, with easy communication. The staff at the building were competent and courteous as well. We would definitely choose this location again for future trips.

Horrible parking...plus construction

Views were amazing, minus the construction of the exterior. The construction noises started as early as 8:30 am. Debry from them sanding the exterior was everywhere. We had a total of 2 vehicles. Description on contract does state that the over flow parking for the 2nd vehicle was across the street. They failed to mention it was almost 2 blocks away on a main busy street crossing. Almost difficult to cross by car or walk. Staff were friendly at front desk. Make sure to take plenty of towels or quarters to rewash.

Cute Beach Condo!

Booked this condo for my sister in laws bachelorette trip and we had so much fun. There was 8 of us that stayed in the room and we all fit comfortable. Per some of the reviews concerns, the condo owner did updated the second bedroom room and the bedroom is very cute! We did run out of towel towards the end of our stay, just because it was 8 girls and we all had to wash our hair. The owner did her best to accommodate us and get us more towels. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely book with Julie again!

Great Trip and fun times.

We had 8 ladies and we all had so much fun. There is so much to see and do. There are lots of eating places right across the street. Walking distance to beach. We played in pools and nice hot tub. Also had 5 yr old come play. Got up early and walked on the beach and seen Dolphins. We loved the place and everyone was really nice. Julie the owner is very nice and easy to work with . The only issues were not having enough towels with 8 ladies but I went down the hall and used washer and dryer and we had plenty of clean towels. The place has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Definitely would go back. Thank you Julie for a memorable Girls Trip.

Great Family Vacation Spot

We brought our 2 children for a family vacation and the space was perfect for the 4 of us, being all very used to having our own space. The kids had their own room, as did we, so it gave us the opportunity to retire to our own rooms at the end of the night. The beach was lovely and the water was perfect. It was so nice to have a full kitchen and everything we needed to make meals, which made the trip much more affordable so we could do other things. I would recommend this spot to anyone. Cindy and Marsha are both delightful ladies to work with and made everything so easy. My only recommendations are that one of the beds in the front bedroom is probably past its prime and needs to be replaced, and the carpets are in need of a deep cleaning or replacement. Other than those small items, it was a fantastic place to stay.

Needs lots of work

This property needs lots of work… Lots of Rottenwood, rusted metal, outdated furniture, TV didn’t work, burnt out lights, very uncomfortable bed, toilets didn’t work, drains were clogged, and much more.… Not sure why someone would not spend some money making it nicer. Worst property I’ve ever stayed in Destin in over 20 years now.

Needs some Up keep!!

The condo needs some painting and updating. Furniture in the 2nd bedroom needs replaced it was terrible, we had to fix the bed frame and the table light you had to plug and unplug to turn it off and on. There was several lightbulbs out and the slider kept getting stuck and the screen door kept falling off and we had to continually put it back on the rails. There was zero instructions on how to use any of the televisions. And the toilet seats needed to be replaced. The condo slider doors faced the ocean but the side window really just shows you the hotel to the side of you. Really not much view of the ocean. The Condo has lots of potential but needs some updates, our friends got another condo in the same place and there’s was beautiful and had been updated for about the same money. Felt like for what we payed for it, it should have been nicer.

A Bit Older Than It Looks

This property is centrally located in Destin very near The Track, Target, WalMart, Publix and many great restaurants. The lobby of the condo is very nice and clean. There is a resturant and a separate bar on site. There is also a small store on the first floor, which is convenient for small purchases. The check in process and communication with the property manager was top notch. Unfortunately, that is where the positive aspects of this property end. In my opinion, this room is much older and out of date than appears in the pictures. There were several power outlets that did not hold anything when we tried to plug them in. When we tried to plug something up, it just fell out of the outlet. There is no washer or dryer in the unit. There is a very old washer and dryer on each floor of the condo, but you may have to wait if someone else’s clothes are left in it. It cost $7.50 to wash and dry a load of clothes. Overall, we were fairly disappointed with the stay at this property.

Best Friends Getaway

My friends and I arrived early and were able to get into our condo early. It was perfect for what we needed. There were 3 of us. Everything, from the check in, to renting beach chairs, to the comfort of the condo itself was wonderful! We would definitely rent here again. Thank you!!

There wasn’t a thing we would have changed about our stay. The views were amazing and the size and description of the booking was exactly what we were expecting. It was near many attractions and restaurants. Would recommend to other families, especially with young children. There is an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and splash pad (wasn’t open yet due to early season) and the walk is very short to the beach.
