Thank you! 1. Golden rule: Treat our property how you’d like yours to be treated, and treat your neighbors how you’d like to be treated. - Our floors and carpets are super clean. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES. - Please be mindful when eating in the living room or bedroom. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest free. - Quiet Hours are from 10pm – 8am.
2. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment. As a part of this booking we are required to get the photo ID of each guest in this building. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+).
3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere in the apartment or on complex property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence.
4. NO PETS, unless explicitly agreed upon. Minimum $200 fine.
5. Please follow our Check-In time of 4pm and Check-Out time of 10am. Guests that do not check-out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road. - You can apply for early check-in or late check-out; if granted, the fee is $30 dollars.
6. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it. - LOST KEY FOB is $150. - LOST PARKING PASS IS $250. - If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $30. - Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge.
7. GUESTS - You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment unless otherwise agreed. Upon request, you must supply a government ID of your guest(s) for complex security. -- If you want to invite a larger group of guests, contact Grand Road about renting a common area for entertainment and hosting a larger group. We’d love to help. -All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional overnight guest, please contact us or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them for the platform prices. -All guests that are not part of the reservation must leave the premises before midnight (12 am). Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest.
8. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. -If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Grand Road pursues criminal and civil action as appropriate for egregious violations.
9. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities.
10. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. Otherwise, Grand Road and apartment maintenance will seek & receive permission from the guest before entering.
11. DO NOT CONTACT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGEMENT FOR ANY REASON, they will only work with us.

Home was centrally located to what we needed. The complex was beautiful with plenty of things to do in your spare time. Beautiful views from roof top. Plenty of food options near by and grocery store about a mile away - easy to get to walking or by the light rail.

The unit was VERY clean! It has everything you need and plenty of space for a couple. Excellent communication with check-in instructions. Parking in an adjacent lot and a quick walk makes it very convenient. Perfect location and reasonable price for attending a trade show at the Salt Palace. If we are back in Salt Lake, we will definitely stay again thank you!

We had a great time in Salt Lake City. Our unit was perfectly located to everything! We had a car but we able to walk to any place downtown. Very clean and the perfect size for 2. The pool was icing on the cake. Thank you!

Door keypad did not work and spent over an hour late at night with a child trying to get ahold of someone who could help as there is nobody on-site and had to rely on email with owners. I booked a place for two adults and a child expecting a fold out couch. There wasn’t one so had to email owners again. They finally responded to look around for a twin air mattress which I found in a bag with extra sheets and a pillow but took awhile to realize I didn’t need an air pump. Very tight quarters so difficult to walk around the air mattress. Car broken into in the parking lot in a part of town that is being reclaimed from being previously considered unsafe. Ads indicated two lounges which I expected there would be items to purchase to eat and drink. Nope, just empty gathering rooms. Pool is smaller than pictures looked and not appropriate for an eleven year old child as it serves as a place for the young adult residents to gather to meet for dates. Would never stay there again.
