We stayed the weekend for a charity event everything was perfect and the ac was good and cold.. walking distance to the beach and downtown.. we are booking again next year

Nice location

Overall good and great location. They had provided everything we needed in the kitchen to make all our meals if we wanted. The only complaint is the people staying in the unit above. They had little kids running around and you can really hear it below.

The waves

Loved it! Spacious and clean. One block from the beach. While we had a Hick up on getting our check in information Mr Sid took care of it immediately. Would recommend and definitely stay here again

Great location!

The house was nice and modern, everything was up to date and clean. We had trouble checking in because for some reason, we never received the access information, after 3 or 4 attempts to reach the property manager, she called back and we got the access code. I think she said it was a problem with the system. 2 other issues were the towels were stale, almost like somebody had left them wet for too long and then dried them. And the neighbors in # 1 were loud, when they moved anywhere in the house we could hear it, especially the toilet lol. Still my family enjoyed the trip to the beach and we were thankful for access to this property!

Upstairs tenants a problem

Overall, the place was nice. We stayed 3 nights but wish we could have left early. On our second night, the upstairs tenants got into a screaming argument that spilled from right over us to onto the back porch right outside the window where my 12 year old was sleeping (around 930). They were throwing things and yelling obscenities for 30 minutes. When the fight finally ended, they spent 2 hours pouring buckets up mop water (during the argument, someone threw soup all over a tv and the walls) down the pipes that flowed right behind the bed in our room. From the threats and words the man was saying to the women, my child was traumatized and couldn’t settle until after 2am into a fitful sleep. I contacted the property manager during the fight. An hour later, I received a “so sorry” response. We won’t rebook this unit nor do I recommend it.
