1414 South Beach Villa is one of the nicer Hilton Head, SC vacation rentals located in the famous Sea Pines Plantation. This tastefully decorated Townhouse is just steps from the beach and a very short walk to the highly desirable South Beach Marina. Guests can enjoy shopping, dining, boating, and nightly entertainment.

The 1st level of the townhome offers a galley style kitchen with Silestone countertops and stone flooring, a dining area that seats 8 with brand newly installed dining room table set, and a large living room with new 55" flat screen TV and Blu-ray player. There is also a bedroom with a king bed and a hall bath with shower only. A beautiful Carolina Room provides guests a glass-enclosed porch (also has screens) with a gorgeous view of the grass yard, palm trees, and the ocean. An outdoor deck accessed from both the Living Room and Carolina Room, is perfect for grilling burgers on the gas grill.

The upstairs master bedroom has a TV, king bed, and a spacious, private, renovated bath with a double vanity, a separate water closet and a combination tub/shower. A private balcony provides a fantastic view of both the Calibogue Sound and the Atlantic Ocean. A second king bedroom upstairs shares a hall bathroom with shower only with a bedroom with 2 twin beds. Guests are sure to have a memorable vacation in this lovely villa.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay here - there was plenty of room for our little family and our two dogs. We loved being able to watch the sunset from the sunroom every evening. The location was amazing, and the property managers were very responsive and helpful.

Great location

This property is wonderfully located in Sea Pines at the southern tip of Hilton Head Island. There is easy access to the beach. Some renovations have been completed on the first floor, which is very nice. Some updates could be made to the second floor but overall the property is well maintained. There was plenty of space for everyone in the family.

4th of July week

Overall the villa was OK. The biggest disappointment was the villas community pool. We only went one time because it was cloudy and scrum all over the pool walls. Disgusting. We wish the villa had extra kitchen supplies for cooking.-Oils, cooking spray, seasonings, foils, baggies etc.. There were plenty of towels but the bathrooms were not cleaned well. There was existing hair in the shower and toilets were dirty. The carpet needs to be replaced on the stairs and second floor. We had a hard time figuring out the TV remote controls for volume etc. Instructions would of been nice. Unfortunately, when we were there was construction going on next door. Heard a lot of hammering and drilling. Lastly, we were there during Tropical Storm Elsa. Three days of high wind and rain.

I have been to Hilton Head Island once before but had never stayed at this property. My family and I have talked about making this an annual trip now because this property was just perfect. Thank you for such a lovely stay! We truly enjoyed the property location and amenities and had a wonderful time.

Could use some TLC

The upstairs carpet was a little dirty. The master bedroom was the most outdated room in the house. I am not quite sure How old that bathroom is; there was carpet in sink area…. Oddly enough all of the other bathrooms were pretty updated. There has been a lot of rain, so there was a bit of a stagnant pool outside of the unit which had a lot of bugs…. The seals on most of the windows were broken so they were a bit cloudy. It was a great location though walking distance to Salty Dog and right off the beach which is dog friendly.

Hilton Head South Beach Visit

An excellent property in a beautiful area of Hilton Head Island. The property is a little older and has been well used over the years. It does need a little updating outside (both deck areas) and the bedrooms but a great place to relax. The main living area is very nice and well arranged for ease of use for any area you want to use. I will certainly try to rent this location again on another visit.

Serene and Relaxing for a Birthday Getaway during Quarantine

Property was just as pictured. There were 4 adults in our party and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was great to be able to literally take a few steps and be on the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location on the beach

This was a great location. Exactly 400 steps to the beach and an ocean view from every room in the house. New remodel in the kitchen and dining area. Beautiful.

Enjoyed the property

We did wish it was closer to beach and we had a problem with the grill. It had not been cleaned in awhile, and we burned 8 steaks from the flames. My Son Cleaned it after the fact but our 100 dollar steaks were burned. Even after he shut it off the flames would not go out!!

Perfect Quiet Corner for a Family Vacation

This is one of the best properties we've ever stayed in. The accommodations were spacious for all 6 of us. Comfortable beds. Toiletries and towels provided in all bathrooms. Well-supplied kitchen. Full-sized washer and dryer. My kids especially loved playing in the nook under the stairs, and I loved the sun room to store all our beach supplies. Private boardwalk to the beach and The Salty Dog across the street. We regularly saw boats, dolphins, crabs, and deer. (We were swimming about 10-20 feet from dolphins for an entire morning.) Found shells and horseshoe crab shells on the very clean beach. Our only hiccup was an air conditioning issue when we arrived. After a quick phone call, maintenance was there by the time we unloaded and headed to dinner; the issue was fixed and the upstairs cooling off by the time we returned. Excellent location and service.
