For a large group or family, this is the home you’ve been looking for! Beautiful backyard with gorgeous pool, putting green, fire pit, and deck with grill and prep table. Plenty of chaise loungers to relax on which is what vacation is for, right? 1 King, 1 Queen, 6 Twin beds, 8 additional twin day beds/trundles, air mattresses (if requested), 3 Full Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs). Laundry Room with washer and dryer. Full Kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal or entertain your guests (except the food). 5 miles to Downtown/Convention Center/Zilker Park, and the airport, and 7 miles to the Circuit of the Americas make this home the perfect central location for everything going on in Austin.

An Echo Show (Alexa) is provided in the kitchen, and all bedrooms have an echo dot to play music or set alarms or whatever you would like Alexa to do.

All sheets, pillows, comforters, and blankets are provided on all of the beds. There is no maid service during your stay unless requested for an additional fee. As of now, they only clean between stays.

There will be starter amounts of basics as well: Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, Paper towels, Body Wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner, along with towels for all guests.

Guests have access to the whole property except the Master closet and under stair closet which will both remain locked. There is parking for two cars in the driveway and unlimited free street parking.

Hi, my name is Daniel and I`m the owner of Vaca All Day Vacation Rentals and Property Management. I (or one of my team) am always available to help if you have any questions, concerns, or issues. I live in downtown Austin, so I`m always just a phone call or Airbnb message away.

Gorgeous neighborhood built in 2006 right off of Riverside Drive. Super safe with very easy access to highways to get out and explore all that Austin has to offer.

Uber and Lyft are available at all times and super reasonably priced to get around the city.
There are two parking spaces available in the driveway, and there is unlimited street parking.

The pool can be heated from February to November and during any dates that the weather is expected to be above 50 degrees. Heating charges will typically cost $50 per day or less. Just let us know you`d like it heated, and we`ll be able to give you a cost for your stay. Please note the pool can take time to get to temp so advance notice is required. It should not need to be heated from May to August at all.

Guest will be required to sign a renter`s agreement. The agreement will be sent as a link in the Airbnb messaging under Vaca All Day Vacation Rentals. Please click this link once you have booked and sign the agreement.

Guests without multiple 5 star reviews and guests with any negative reviews will have to submit a $500 security hold. Repeat guests that received a positive review will not need to do the hold anymore.

Unapproved late checkouts will be billed for an additional day.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Please smoke outside and not on the turf as it is flammable. Please dispose of all smoking materials properly after they have been extinguished. A cigarette butt receptacle is provided in the backyard.

ID verification will be required.

Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. No guests congregating outside and no noise outside during these hours. We respect our neighbors and must keep them happy to continue to welcome guests. Please be kind and keep noise inside during these hours. We appreciate it!

Most guests without multiple positive reviews or guests with any negative reviews will be required to place a $750 security/damage deposit hold to rent the property. This will be requested separately after booking.

Failure to schedule damage deposit or sign renter`s agreement prior to arrival date will result in the reservation being terminated with no refunds.
PLEASE READ ALL HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING

Weekend instant booking requires a minimum three day reservation (Friday, Saturday, and Thursday or Sunday). Friday and Saturday must be booked together unless approved by the owner. If you wish to book either weekend night by themselves or book shorter than 3 days on a weekend, please inquire before booking, I am usually able to work with you.

I do allow most pets, but there is a pet fee which varies. Please inquire instead of instant booking with a pet as they must be approved and the fee must be agreed to. Pets brought into the home without permission will be charged a $300 cleaning fee, and their reservation will be immediately terminated with no refunds.

While it states that I allow events, details will have to be sent to me either prior to booking or if you instant book, I will respond with any questions about your event and let you know within 24 hours if I am comfortable with my home accommodating your event. I would prefer if you would just inquire if you are having an event. I am always very quick to respond.

If you rent out the premises you agree to take on all liability for any damage you cause to the property, normal wear and tear excepted. You agree to indemnify and hold owner (Daniel Huckaby) harmless for any personal injury you or your invitees may suffer while on the premises.

Smoking in the house results in a $500 smoke removal fee and the reservation will be immediately terminated with no refunds. Smoking is allowed on the back deck and on the front patio. No smoking on the turf, putting green, or in the pool.

Failure to report correct number of guests will result in a $50 fee per guest per night of the reservation that is not on the booking and could result in the reservation being terminated.

Master closet is off limits and will remain locked during your stay.

Quiet hours are from 10pm-10am. Please keep noise inside after 10pm. Noise complaints from neighbors may result in the termination of your stay with no refunds.

POOL AND BACKYARD RULES:

No Diving
No Glass (anywhere in the backyard). Please pour drinks into plastic cups. This if for your and others safety.
Backyard hours are from 7am-9pm. This is to respect the neighbors and neighborhood noise levels as required by law. I am not trying to stop you from having fun, but this home can`t be rented here if the neighbors complain.
No children under 14 in the pool without adult supervision.
Please take care of the amenities. Putters and balls are provided, please treat them, the turf, and the cornhole boards like they are your own.
Please keep back doors closed to keep AC in and bugs out.
Please lower the umbrella when no one is in the backyard and during high winds.
Please do not touch pool equipment. Any damage to the pool equipment will be the responsibility of the guest.
Please keep backyard TV covered when not in use and during inclement weather. Damage to TV will be the responsibility of the guest.

Instant bookings not allowed during special events and holiday weekends such as SXSW, 4th of July, Labor and Memorial Day, Formula 1, MOTO GP, and ACL Music Festival. They will be subject to possible cancellation upon review. Please just inquire. I am always very quick to respond.
