A great place!

Very nice townhouse with a great floor plan. Perfect location, adjacent to TopNotch Spa. Very comfortable and relaxing. We would definitely rent this unit again. TopNotch is a great spa.

Wonderful last minute rental

We had a family gathering in Stowe and at the last minute needed additional lodging. We lucked out with this wonderful home and the manager responded quickly and made checkin and out easy. GreAt space as well.

We felt very at home here at Brookside.

This property welcomes you with lovely flowers and plantings at the front door. As you walk through the comfortably furnished home, you step down into the living room and look through the huge floor to ceiling window to the forest outside. We visited in June and enjoyed the lush greens and the sounds of the brook outside we all remarked how magical it would be to enjoy a home cooked meal and sip hot drinks or cocktails in front of the fire while watching for wildlife in the snow outside in winter. This well appointed home allow for it all! Well equipped kitchen, washer dryer, iron, 2fire

We had stayed in the Top Notch resort rooms but now would prefer to rent a Top Notch condo/townhouse given the space, cozy unit, and access to resort amenities such as the shuttle, spa and restaurants. The unit was extremely clean and included everything we needed like shampoo, a hair dryer, dishwasher stuff, etc. Thank you!!!! The email reminders and detailed instructions in emails were helpful along with text message about check-in. We chose to rent through your local team instead of a Vacasa/Airbnb/VRBO type group online so that we had personal contact with a VT team.

Relaxing getaway

Quick weekend getaway. Great location near slopes and running trails, quiet, loved using both fireplaces, super clean and one of the most well stocked kitchens. Appreciated the welcome gift upon arrival. We’ll definitely be back!

Great property.

Great property. We love TopNotch and this was our favorite unit that we have rented. We would definitely return. Excellent floor plan,very comfortable and homey. Super clean and quiet. Great proximity to TopNotch resort amenities. You have a great team and do an excellent job.

Very Comfortable but Somewhat Dated Property

Two adults, Two Kids (10 years old) Clean, nice comfortable property with an updated kitchen but dated bathrooms. The beds and bedding were ok, not great. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen accruements. Overall a good stay.

We loved staying here.

We loved staying here. The condo was so close to the Topnotch restaurants, very quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. We are actually thinking of returning to go cross country skiing. The staff was very responsive in answering our calls about checking in and in letting us into the condo.

Great spot in Stowe

This unit is impeccable - it was very well-stocked (particularly the kitchen) and everything was in great condition. It was nice to have the washer and dryer after some of our mountain adventures. Top Notch is a pretty resort and it was wonderful to have access (with a fee) to the pool, etc. there. The management company was excellent to work with - friendly and very helpful. We would love to return!

Nice 2 bedrooom condo

Very clean & well laid out 2 bedroom 3 full bath condo. The indoor & outdoor pool and outdoor hot tubs at the Topnotch Spa are walking distance from the condo which is great for the kids. Flannel restaurant at the Topnotch Hotel is also walking distance. You have to drive however to catch the shuttle to Stowe because it’s down a big hill so that was a bit of a disappointment. The staff at Stowe Resort Homes is very helpful. We would stay there again.

We loved that it has an upstairs and downstairs as we have young children, and it was nice to put them to sleep and still enjoy! The location of the house is perfect. Our kids would just go out the sliding doors and play out in the backyard. So pretty.. There are chairs and table to sit out and have glass of wine! The best part, was that we just walked right over to the tennis courts that were right outside our door. And the pool was so close we walked to it many times a day!! We can't wait to go back. We were reluctant to even right a review because we want the place all to ourselves!!! =) But thought we should share. Missy is great to work with!! thank you to the owners for allowing my family to create some amazing memories. Look forward to coming again,, Hopefully more times this summer!!
