House details - 1200 square foot 2/2 Spanish-style historic concrete house with renovated interior and new front and back yards. 2 queen beds (firm), 2 wide and comfy couches, OLED TV, Uplift automatic standing desk w/ 2 computer monitors and speakers. The couch is modular and can be combined into a king size bed. 3 sets of weights with yoga mat. Washer/Dryer. Note: no dishwasher. Backyard is perfect for get togethers and dogs.

Access - There are two houses on the property. Guests will have access to the front house and front driveway. Guests may not enter the big front gate or park in the 2nd driveway due to tenants in the detached guest house in the back.

The bathrooms are stocked with body soap, face wash, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen has coffee (Nespresso and beans w/ grinder) and condiments in the refrigerator. The freezer has ice trays.

No parties please. Please keep the house reasonably clean and tend to pet business. Front door handle had a loose spring, but shuts fine and is perfectly secure.
