Events: While the home can accommodate large overnight groups, it is not permitted for events or ceremonies of any size.
The home is licensed, insured, and operated strictly as a short-term lodging property and is not available for weddings, ceremonies, receptions, parties, photo shoots, or events.

Pets: No pets are allowed on the property.

Children: Children of all ages are allowed. The following age groups are welcome: 0-2 years, 3-12 years, and 13-17 years.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

Parking: Only 4 vehicles are permitted onsite as per Summit County regulations. Any additional vehicles must park off-site.

Fire Pit: The fire pit is available for use. Please use lighter located in pantry to light and follow instructions on side of fire pit.

Furniture Movement: No furniture can be moved. A $500 charge will be applied for any furniture moved for any reason.

Elevator: At this time the elevator is not available for guest use. Sorry for any inconvenience.

This property is absolutely gorgeous, hands down canā€™t take that away! I hosted a Friendsgiving for 24 guests, and there was so much space for everyone. We never felt cramped or on top of each other.We loved the jacuzzi, movie room, and the master suite with balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook and host. Showers had an aroma steam option, almost like a mini sauna such a unique touch! There are lots of common areas where people can hang out, and they even had preloaded detergent in the washer, which was super convenient. The host was amazing and communication was easy throughout the whole booking process and stay.Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would certainly return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for space, comfort, and luxury for a large group!

Our stay at The Grand Timbers was absolutely amazing! The home was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating everyone in our group with plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was spotless and well-maintained ā€” we felt comfortable from the moment we walked in.There was so much to do right at the house! The kids especially loved the hot tub, and there were plenty of other activities to keep everyone entertained, including the pool table and private movie theater.The location was ideal ā€” easy to access, peaceful, and tucked away in the mountains. Plus, both Breckenridge and Frisco were just a short drive away, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring the area.We couldnā€™t have asked for a better spot to celebrate our anniversary with family and friends. Truly a memorable mountain getaway ā€” we can't wait to come back!

The host was very welcoming and quick to respond to any of our inquiries. When we had a minor issue with an appliance, management was quick to respond with operational instructions. All of the amenities were as described. The lovely home was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season which added to our family holiday celebration. The location adjacent to the ski slopes was ideal for access in and out. The kitchen was well-equipped for meal preparations for our group of 21. We had more than enough space to spread out when we were off the slopes. The pool table and media room were popular with the young crowd and the hot tub was fantastic. The view from this home is great. It was nice to have an equipment room for skis and a heated garage. The beds and linens were luxurious and the fireplaces were particularly pretty and warming. The outside firepit was very nice. And the outside rack for skis was super handy.

We had a great time in this unbelievable house. Has every amenity you could hope for if you want to stay at the house and has super convenient access to Breckenridge if you want to go out. Property manager was excellent and communicated instructions clearly. Canā€™t recommend this property more highly.

Huge beautiful home

The house is brand new, beautiful, and gigantic. It can easily accomodate 3-4 full families. It's located on a small path, 1 step from the back porch, which you can ski or board to a green run that takes you to to the west village. Our host was wonderful, easy to reach and responed in minutes.

They thought of everything

Had a work offsite in which we needed a venue with plenty of space for everyone and could facilitate meetings as well as social down time. This property did not disappoint. This home was built with comfort and convenience in mind. Every bedroom has its own restroom, every bedroom was extremely well-appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen was a perfect central gathering place and the fire pit enhanced the getaway vibe for our best thinking. Quiet, clean, and comfortable, this place is perfect for group getaways.

Wedding weekend at the Grand Timbers

We had a great stay and a wonderful wedding celebration! This home is prefect for large extended families looking to get away together. The hosts are very kind, responsive, and helpful! We had one fire alarm issue and they were right on it. There were a few things in the house that were broken when we checked in. A shelf in an upper bathroom, some window locks, the majority of bathroom outlets did not work but other than a few minor things we had an amazing time!!

Amazing Experience!!

I booked this Cabin for a Christmas family gathering of 20 people. It was fully furnished and provided more than enough rooms for different age groups of kids and families. Kitchen and living area was excellent size that could accommodate even bigger groups. The setting was beautiful overseeing the ski slopes in the backyard. The community was far better than imagined with lots of food options and scenic walks. I would highly recommend this cabin and community.

Awesome House for Large Group

Great house on a quiet street only several walkable minutes from Copper Mountain village. We had16 guests in total. Three siblings in the late 50s / early 60s with their adult children and two grandkids. Everyone couple and solos had their own bedroom and bathroom. Very clean, very modern. Huge kitchen and great room. All the perks. Very responsive property mgr if we had a question. Definitely would welcome staying again.

This home is so beautiful and very well thought out. If you need it this home has it. The kitchen was very well stocked. Bedrooms had fans that were very helpful for all of our guests. What an amazing property. We had a family reunion with 19 people and there was more than enough room for everyone. The babies downstairs never woke up the adults upstairs. Everyone was amazed at the house's nice amenities: pool table, spa, and media room to name a few. The kitchen was well-equipped and large enough for several cooks. The location was also a big hit. The village at Cooper Mtn was fun to walk around. We all look forward to returning at our next family reunion.

Few issues but overall stay was great!

Definitely a great family trip. Location is close to a majority of extra activities for the family. 1) Only issues we ran into was elevator wasnā€™t working so the walking up and down the stairs was not expected but nothing out of this world. . 2) Couldnā€™t get the TV to work in the theater room. 3) I forgot what the 3rd issue was so must have not been that big of an issueKudos to the host. She helped turn my review from being a 4 star review to 5 star review.

Memory of a Lifetime

Tracy was so friendly, incredibly accommodating & was quick to respond when we reached out. I couldnā€™t ask for a nicer property manager. She made sure we had what we needed for our special family event that we were having, which was just icing on the cake for this beautiful home. This home is stunning, yet cozy. It had everything we need from making coffee in the morning to large family meals at night. Each bedroom was its own suite & there was enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. We had guests from Australia, first time seeing our beautiful Colorado mountains, needless to say they fell in love! The view from the patio was phenomenal! You have the ski runs as your backdrop while relaxing in the hot tub or roasting marshmallows by the amazing fire pit. The village was also just a quick hike down the trail. We absolutely loved our time there. The homeowners built a fabulous family get away & they have a really great caring team managing it. Thank you!!
