This place is a little gem! It is very clean and comfortable. And the outdoor area is very smart and the flowers and landscaping is beautiful. The roses were about to burst and i am sure it will be amazing. The bath is small, but that is not a problem if you do your hair and make up elsewhere. We would love to stay again.

I wanted a place that had easy access for my 95 year old mom (uses a walker or a wheel chair) to enter and be able to be comfortable. This was perfect and was clean, well decorated, quiet, and just nice. We had a great visit!

We’ve never had a more excellent host. He answered our questions immediately. The house had everything we needed plus more. It was spotless. If you don’t stay here, you are really missing out. This was PERFECTION!! We would definitely recommend this little cottage to anyone.

Perfect for my needs

The house was beautiful, comfortable, quiet and a great location. I was in town for work for a few days and it had everything I needed. The house was extremely clean and the host followed up to make sure everything was exactly as needed. I would definitely recommend the house and the host.

Cozy home

This was actually my first time staying in home and i was very happy this was my first. The home was as described in the pictures. It had everything you would ever need in a home. Overall the home was really clean and the host was very attentive and was a great stay! I look forward to staying there again if I'm in town again.

Great place

Upon arrival after a late flight in was a note from the host greeting us with some food options out. Communication with the host was great. The space was as advertised and worked out perfect. The house was clean, organized and well kept. Access and location was easy. We will for sure use this place again on our next trip into town.

Very mean and inconsiderate

I think he might be racist. So be careful. I was 8 months pregnant with a a little son and he canceled my stay after 1 night and only refunded me for 2 nights. Vrbo is horrible with fixing situations and they can't help you. So if you need a safe stay somewhere that you can trust make sure there are ratings. I communicated with him and the site stopped working on my phone so i talked to him on the phone and he didn't consider my phone call as communication. He has a camera to spy on you and he makes drive bys to spy on you in the middle of the night. So if you want a place to feel comfortable, this isn't the place. I had 2 random guest that i didn't expect come in a little after 3am and he got mad and canceled my stay by 12pm. I told him they weren't staying and i didn't know about them coming and he still canceled. I told him that i would the extra 75 for them for that night and they left at 9am. So, he has to be racist so send a big pregnant women and a 9 year old son onto the streets far from home. He also threatened to call the local authorities if i didn't have my stuff out by 3pm that day. So i was definitely afraid so i had to find someone to go back with me because i was worried for my life. And i got the cancelation notice when i was at an huge event which i needed a shuttle to get to my car. I missed my whole event. My whole trip was ruined because of this man's hatred. And vrbo doesn't do same day rentals so i had to go to a different place for a rental.

There was no racism or discrimination involved in this situation, and we have zero tolerance for hate or discriminatory behavior. The decision to cancel the stay was based on clear violations of our rules and policies, including unauthorized guests and failure to adhere to communication protocols. Multiple opportunities were given to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, they were not taken. We regret any inconvenience caused but stand by our commitment to ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all our guests. Regarding the claims about using cameras for spying and making drive-bys at night, we want to emphasize that these are baseless accusations. The cameras onsite are explicitly stated in the property description for security purposes only, and we do not use them for any other reasons. Additionally, there were no drive-bys or any attempts to spy on guests in the middle of the night.
