Experience the allure of our coveted mid-town locale, offering breathtaking vistas of bay sunsets and invigorating glimpses of the morning ocean sunrise. This charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo features a plush queen bed in the bedroom and a comfortable queen sofa bed in the family room, ensuring a cozy retreat for guests. Nestled on the fourth floor, this unit promises exclusive serenity, though please note, there is no elevator, providing a daily opportunity for a light-hearted leg workout – after all, every day at the beach is leg day!

Step onto the expansive balcony, a haven for alfresco dining or simply basking in the caress of the sweet ocean breeze. Just a leisurely block away lies the pristine shoreline, beckoning you for sun-soaked adventures, while a plethora of renowned restaurants, vibrant bars, and the thrilling Jolly Roger's Water Park await exploration, ensuring your stay is filled with endless delights and cherished memories.

Due to local laws and HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We are located on 33rd Street in midtown Ocean City, our favorite part of town. This area boasts numerous year-round restaurants within walking distance, offering a perfect blend of excitement and tranquility. A crosswalk at the end of our street makes beach access a breeze.

Guests will receive one parking permit for our private lot. Additionally, free public parking is available directly in front of our balcony for those with multiple vehicles.
Our neighborhood is very walkable, and Uber and Lyft services are typically quick to respond if you need to travel further.

Please note that our unit is accessible only by one flight of stairs, and there is no elevator. Therefore, it is not suitable for individuals with mobility impairments.

Please adjust the AC/Heat to your liking while you visit. Upon leaving, please set to 78 degrees in the summer and 55 degrees in the winter. Also, the towels provided are for use only inside the unit.
