Relax in a zero gravity recliner after your dry sauna in the living room, while the kids play Xbox one with 27 different games in the master bedroom. Only 50 mins from state college, easy drive on the freeway. Also if personal shuttle needed for games it can be arranged by host to drive to the game and back to Clearfield for a fee. Avoid the lines of getting out of the parking lot by having a personal shuttle! Also only 2.5 hours away from Hershey Park!!!

Brand new zero gravity massage recliner, 2 Bedroom freshly remodeled. Luxury Shower, huge flat screen TVs. Wifi included, Plush beds, natural gas fireplace, 1 person Sauna in your condo. Washer and dryer stack in back room. Also clothing steamer rack. All new appliances. Xbox one and games to play, in kitchen store in case you need snacks to purchase. Condo located in downtown Clearfield walking distance to many different locations. Brewery just a few blocks away.

Comfort and relaxation!

My wife and I needed a getaway weekend and this place hit the spot! It has what you need and then some. We both got to take advantage of the personal sauna and the massage chair and those were great bonuses. The hosts are quick to reply to any questions or concerns and very informative. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area.

First of all, there is absolutely nothing unsafe about clearfield, Pa or The tower. I find it ironic that you messaged us and said you felt unsafe when you saw the neighbors accross the street who some were black and some had a beard. I found it very derogatory that you judged people by how they look. The tower itself has many locks and we have nothing but 5 star reviews on multiple sites. If you do not like people then please stay at a hotel

The property is clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The host was very helpful with everything and he kept in contact with us about check in and checking out. Although there is a minor discrepancy in the listing, the checkout time is actually 10:00 a.m. and the listing says 11:00 a.m. The host sent a text earlier enough so it wasn’t a big deal.

Code provided to enter the apartment didn’t work . Had to wait outside for the owner to come and let us in. Fortunately the weather was nice. The grass wasn’t cut around the building and some of the windows in the basement were boarded up making it look like an a neglected property. Once we finally got inside it smelled very musty. The refrigerator wasn’t plugged in and the air conditiioner wasn’t installed in the window. Not a very good start to our stay . Definitely won’t be staying there again .

Great weekend spot

This place was perfect for our weekend trip to Clearfield, PA. It’s located right in town and within walking distance from a few restaurants and churches. Dan was great. He met us at the location and gave us a little tour of the place. He communicated frequently via text and promptly all weekend. The place was clean and the perfect size for our needs. The massage chair and sauna were a great bonus. Love that Dan had anything you could possibly need; soap, shampoo, linen, dog poop bags, washer/dryer and detergent, etc. My only recommendation is maybe adding AC units in each of the bedrooms. The place was a little too big for one window unit and we visited during a hot weekend. I highly recommend either this place, or another one of Dan and Marylou’s places.

Short Stay

We were informed that the 2nd and 3rd floors are in the process of being renovated and the 1st floor will turn into a spa once the 2nd and 3rd are complete. With that being said theres a decent amount of noticeable things you wouldnt see in a standard rental however you have to keep in mind the rental is transitioning in the future to a spa.The rental had temporary heat options which did a good job at heating the facility however we didnt feel comfortable leaving the main heat source (gas fireplace) on while we werent there so it got cold quick. The shower didnt meet our hopes but once again it will most likely be temporary. The biggest recommendation we would give is to offer some form of sound canceller whether its a fan or noise machine. Noises outside are very loud and with the time of year the plows were out consistently from 430am and on (every 10-15 minutes). Outside of that the host was great and very accomadating and responsive.
