Set across 320 acres of rolling Texas landscape, the property is anchored by an 11,000 sq. ft. Main Lodge, three guest cottages, and a tranquil private lake. Designed for groups, the ranch blends indoor comfort with expansive outdoor living, offering multiple gathering spaces for everything from intimate family moments to large-scale events.



The ranch is a destination in itself, with a wide range of on-property experiences. Guests can paddleboard or fish on the lake, enjoy the six-hole golf course, play tennis or pickleball, or explore the grounds by bike. Indoor game rooms and additional gathering spaces provide plenty of ways to relax and connect.



Inside, the Main Lodge features warm, refined interiors, generous living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and ample space for dining and entertaining. Across the property, guests will find inviting spaces to unwind, from lakeside lounging and dock access to open-air dining beneath the trees.
