One bedroom features a cozy king bed, the other a comfy queen. Enjoy a full bathroom plus a convenient half bath with a washer and dryer inside. After completing your reservation, please ensure to provide a copy of your government-issued ID by uploading it through the messenger. The information on your ID must match the details provided during the reservation process (including first and last name, and profile photo). The picture of the ID must be clear and with no covered parts. This is a mandatory requirement in accordance with our home rules, aimed at preventing scams and unauthorized third-party bookings. Kindly note that failure to submit the required ID may result in us being unable to host you. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Dogs are welcome, but please note that the backyard is not fully fenced, so you'll need to keep your dogs under control. A one-time pet fee of $125 per dog, per stay, is required.

Disclaimer: Please be aware that you've booked a pet-friendly property. Although we have spent hours cleaning and removing all signs of previously staying pets, a small amount of hair may still be present throughout the property. Any complaints about this are not acceptable. Thank you for understanding.


If your home is not as described, or if listed amenities are not present and they significantly impact your stay, please cancel immediately. However, please be aware that during this cancellation process, we will adhere to our current cancellation policy.

Parking is available for two cars maximum. The garage shown in the exterior property photos is not included with the rental, as it is locked and reserved by the property owner.

For stays longer than 28 days, we charge double for cleaning.

By continuing your stay, you are confirming that the property is as described.

Check-in is after 4 pm (please note -- you are welcome to check-in any time but after 9 pm calls won’t be answered).

For our guests and VRBO managers, we are available daily to help with any questions or concerns from 9 am-9 pm.

No smoking of any kind inside the home. Automatic $500 fine. Please smoke outside.

No parties, as per our rules.

According to city rules and regulations for short-term rentals, the property is limited to a maximum of 4 people. Otherwise, we will be obliged to cancel your reservation without any refund.

We provide all starter supplies. Since there is no housekeeping service, it's a guest's
responsibility to replenish those supplies, if they need extras.

Non-authorized extra persons are $50 per person, per night.

All third-party bookings will be canceled without any refund.

ATTENTION PLEASE! Our home is only for 4 guests total. Please consider this rule seriously. If we notice that more than 4 guests arrived or are staying, your reservation will be canceled immediately without any refunds.

Please keep in mind that Florida has bugs, mosquitoes, lizards, and other wildlife outside. Please try to keep your doors closed at all times; otherwise, they can sneak inside. Our property has regular recurring pest control treatments, and we make sure everything is clear of bugs and any other pests inside the property before your check-in.
