Guest Access:

Parking:

• Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway . Parking is also available at the clubhouse only during the day.

Property Access:

• Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.



Resort Access:

• You're provided with complimentary access to the Champions Gate Resort and Oasis Clubhouse.

• Clubhouse is open daily from 9am - 9pm, year-round.



Reminders from Oasis Club:

• NO overnight parking is allowed in the Oasis Club parking lots.

• For questions about street parking rules, residents should contact the HOA team.

• Dumpsters at the Oasis Club are for restaurant use only — residential trash is not permitted.

• For questions about trash disposal, residents should contact the Masters or Retreat HOA.



Guest registration and parking rules:

• All visiting guests must be registered prior to arrival or they will be denied entry.

• Parking rules: park in the correct direction, avoid blocking sidewalks/driveways, do not park on grass or yellow areas, and keep fire lanes, hydrants, and gates clear—violations may result in towing.

• Residents are advised to check the community website for the latest Parking & Towing Policy.

Getting Around:

Several convenient ways to get around, having a car is the easiest and most flexible option in ChampionsGate since most attractions and shopping areas are a short drive away. There are also Taxi, Uber and Lyft available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

• To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, ID verification (including Enso Boarding Pass) may be required before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once completed.

• The pinball game is currently out of order. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

• The community dog park is temporarily closed starting Wednesday, February 11.

• Pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. It’s a quick visit, and technicians will only access the pool area.



Additional Services (optional):

• Pool & hot tub heating – $45/night each or $79/night for both (2-night minimum, 24-hour notice required)

• BBQ propane tank – $69 one-time fee (please request in advance)

• Pack ’n play – $39 (one-time fee)

• Highchair – $29 (one-time fee)

• Mid-stay cleaning available for stays over 3 nights (additional fee, advance booking required)



House Rules:

• No parties, events, or smoking/vaping ($150 fine and/or deposit forfeiture)

• Please check out on time ($150 per hour late fee)

• Please keep the home clean; excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees

• No pets allowed (service animals excepted); violations may result in fines or deposit forfeiture

• Use of the pool is at your own risk—please follow all safety guidelines

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited

• Violations may result in additional charges or immediate removal without refund
