My husband and I, along with our 2 1/2-year-old son and two month old daughter, Decided to visit Ellijay for the first time, despite only living an hour away. We were honestly looking for somewhere to go and not be in the center of fireworks with an infant. I saw this listing but it didn’t have reviews, figured we would give it a shot. Communication with Ade was great, we only had to talk a couple of time and all were before check in. After that, we were good. I honestly think they thought of all the amenities you would want. There was even a mini crib that rolls along with a mattress. The dogs are crate trained and stayed in the yellow room in their crates, my son stayed in the blue room and our daughter in the pink room with the crib. We couldn’t see a drain plug for the bathtub on their side of the house but it didn’t bother us, the stand alone tub in the master was amazing (as well as the shower) & our son LOVED it. We were apprehensive as our son only brought two toys with him but there was more than enough for guests. Smart TV worked great in the living room, we didn’t use the master TV. The fans didn’t have any controls throughout the house so they have one speed. Some faster than others. The air was set to 76 when we arrived but we bumped it down, took a while but eventually it cooled off and we didn’t even need the fans. Stove can be tricky, but we’re used to gas. Loved this place - great for families or couples.
