- The garage is NOT available for use but the washer and dryer is available in the garage.
- Please do not wear outdoor shoes on the carpet on the 2nd floor as it is brand new.

The Tierrasanta property was amazing! The house was the perfect size for our needs, super clean, and updated. The host was communicative and understanding. We would love to stay here again in the future and make this our San Diego home away from home.

Very nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood.The property was spotless, freshly remodeled. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Ellie was also incredibly responsive, making everything so smooth. I highly recommend their place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Wonderful home for a large family

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful, clean home. Minimal and bright interior, perfect! Ample room for our extended family. We appreciated the fenced backyard, grill and shaded outdoor seating.

Great house, lots of little extras that we really appreciated. Lots of towels, kitchen things, blankets, etc. Convenient location 20 minutes from everything.

Perfect location

The house was perfect! The location was great and so close to many activities! We had 3 children ages ranged from 3 to 6 and it was perfect for them as well. The neighborhood is wonderful and so quite! I would recommend this to everyone.

Very nice home and a beautiful neighborhood with great backyard views.

We had a work trip and this was extremely convenient for us to be in the area for our customer. The host was excellent with communication the entire way. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed.

Kinda a strange floor plan but very roomy. Felt very sparse without any artwork on the walls. But very functional for our 2 day golf trip. Excellent TV and good internet.

High school graduation for our great nephew

The house was very clean and spacious. We did have 10 people and it accommodated us well. We were 1 mile from my nephew and 1 1/2 miles from the graduation venue, so we were pleasantly surprised We enjoyed the view from patio. Weather was great so we could sit outside in the morning with coffee and evening with a glass of wine. Yes we would rent this home again. Ellie stayed in communication with us the whole time. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great Spacious Home

Stayed for 2 nights with friends and was amazed by the adorable exterior and clean, spacious interior! The downstairs was comfortable for 10 guests and had all of the modern features we were looking for- renovated kitchen and bathroom, huge TV, and air conditioning. We loved the backyard and great views from the upstairs patio. The only concern I had looking back was that the stairs had sharp exposed nails pointing out through the carpet. No shoes were allowed upstairs so we discovered quickly where to avoid stepping. Overall, would definitely stay again!

We stayed three nights at this beautiful Tierrasanta home and absolutely loved it. The host was kind, super responsive, and even encouraged us to enjoy the fresh fruits in the backyard. We might have turned into part-time fruit critics after that. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was strong everywhere, even outside. We could have joined a Zoom call under a lemon tree or streamed Netflix from the patio, but thankfully we chose vacation over productivity.The location was perfect. Itā€™s in a quiet, safe neighborhood but close enough to all the action. SeaWorld is about 10 miles away, the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park are around 12 miles, and the airport is roughly 13 miles. If you love nature, Mission Trails Regional Park is practically next door, and for beach days, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, and La Jolla Shores are only a 20 to 25 minute drive away.Stores, restaurants, and gas stations are nearby too, so no one had to panic about snacks or coffee. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would happily return again. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for comfort, great Wi-Fi, and maybe a side of freshly picked fruit with a sprinkle of humor.

Awesome place to stay

What a great place that has been recently renovated. Great taste in renovations and everything was still practically new. The location was great if you want to be away from traffic and downtown. Very quiet and safe neighborhood that was either 20-30 minutes away from Seaworld, zoo, and Sesame Place. Stores and restaurants were also nearby so a quick run to pick up any necessities was very easy. Exactly what we were looking for. Driveway and street parking so there was plenty. Great little space in the backyard with seating to enjoy the outside and views. Upstairs the master bedroom also had a balcony with seats to enjoy even more. Very spacious house that had plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids with room to spare. Definitely recommend and will stay again! Communication with the host was great and answered our questions within a few minutes.

Overall a great stay, only issue we had was the bathroom showers glass and curtain werenā€™t clean. You can tell theyā€™re not scrubbed, also one of the pans is wobbly and was very dirty when we used it with egg residue. Other than that everything else was good and clean.
