Our stay was fantastic. We had everything we needed and the place was nice and clean. Sean was very responsive when we had any questions or concerns. We actually had a major change of plans and Sean was super at working with us. We plan to stay again in the future.

We stayed in this condo for the Derby weekend. Our prices reflect derby demand…this was worth every penny! Excellent location to the urban bourbon trail, restaurants, and downtown sights! Located on the first floor, it offered super easy access for our party of 6. Everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, and the unit was quiet…no street noise. The host was incredibly accommodating by letting us check in early so we didn’t have to juggle all our hats and derby attire for hours after our flight. We found hostesses gifts /treats waiting for us upon arrival—loved this! I would definitely stay here again!! It was a peaceful sanctuary away from all the crowds and chaos.

Great time!

We had a wonderful time at Sir Barton! It was perfect for our first bourbon trail experience. It was within walking distance of things within Louisville but still accessible to other things we chose to do as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for our bourbon trail trip with 2 other couples. Old Forester and Angels Envy were close and walkable. Restaurants were close too. No steps either which was helpful since I have knee problems. Sean was great in his communications.

Our stay at Sir Barton/NuLu Downtown was perfect. The decor was very trendy, but it is also quite comfortable! The beds were great, with a nice supportive mattress, and two pillows of differing firmness for each person. We slept great! The owner has also provided a small stock of all things needed to get you through the stay - laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, every kitchen tool/gadget you could need. It was exceptionally clean. We also felt safe despite being located in Downtown. The location is close to Whiskey Row and there are multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance. There was a lot of pedestrian traffic along the sidewalks and it was well lit at night. We would stay again!

Myself my wife and 2 other couples had the privilege of staying at this wonderful property, if you are looking for something with an absolute perfect location to whiskey row then look no further. We will definitely be returning on our next bourbon trail adventure!

Gem in the heart of Louisville!

Stylish, comfortable condo in the heart of Louisville - perfect for 6 people! Convienient to get to a bunch of distilleries and great little restaurants and bars. Comfortable beds, plenty of seating, nice ammenities. Would definitely go back!

Perfect apartment for whiskey trip

This property exceeds expectations. Its larger than expected and provided everything we needed for our whiskey row visits. Perfect locations convenient to Rabbit Hole, Angels Envy, and even the farther Michters and Peerless were easily walkable. Great recommendations from the host for food and bar spots in town.

Thanksgiving in Louisville

Sir Barton met our expectations. The location was perfect for our planned outings to NuLu, Whisky Row etc. The layout and accommodations were very comfortable. Host was very responsive and timely with communications. Would highly recommend a stay at Sir Barton and will look forward to returning.

Great location!

Great location in the downtown area, walkable distance to the YUM! center, bars, and restaurants. Nice layout, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (two ensuite). Property manager very responsive, corrected the missing parking pass issue the next day. Thank you for making our visit more enjoyable than a hotel!

Trendy NuLu Stay

Absolutely gorgeous property, decor is top-notch! Super comfortable- beds, linens, furniture. Loved that needed supplies are there, so no need to bring or shop for the little necessities (coffee pods, laundry detergent, soap, etc. Walking distance to NuLu shops and 4th Street Live areas. Great parking included. Sean the owner is super and responded quickly. Definitely will stay here again.

Excellent Choice!

Location is everything and this VRBO has everything! Really great for adults doing the Bourbon Trail and enjoying the NULU area. All bedrooms have access to their own bathroom which is a huge bonus to adult friends traveling together. The unit is SO walkable (and safe) to all the happening restaurants and bars in NULU. Very clean and comfortable with great decor. Thanks Sean for answering all my questions with speed, you are a wonderful host!

This home was ABSOLUTE perfection! So well stocked, so well located and the communication with the owner was fantastic. He even checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. My expectations were so far exceeded, especially with a last minute booking for the KY Derby. I would 100% book this again!!! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Derby Weekend

The location was great as it's a 10-minute walk to the downtown restaurants and Distilleries. We were in for Derby week and enjoyed the unit which is in a restored building. Only minor issues were the sound of the foot traffic from the upstairs unit and lack of an iron/ironing board as the girls wanted to freshen up their Derby outfits.The surge pricing was astronomical but normal price per day is very reasonable.
