The condo was beautiful and had a wonderful view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was available for us inside (pots, pans, bottled water, etc.). The owner made us feel so comfortable before we headed down that I even drove my vehicle instead of catching a cab. We will definitely stay here again.

Family stay

The place is great! Only issue I had was a complaint from someone while my family was at the pool. I guess some of the live in people do not like children having fun at the pool, it was at 2pm so its not like we were there late. Other than that it was fine. Not kid friendly.

amazing time

Stayed the weekend with my kids, we loved it, if i had a question I E-mailed Fred the owner and had a quick respond, very professional of him. We had no problem at all definitely recommend to stay.

Peaceful get away 😁

Very nice and peaceful place to stay. Me and my Family had a very wonderful time it was a bit cold to really enjoy the beach but besides that we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. Played some tennis with my kids and board games . Will I recommend this place most definitely and I will be coming back.

EXCELLENT CONDO

Super nice and clean, fully equipped and wifi in condo no need to go anywhere. The only reason I don't give the fifth 🌟 is because the ramp to the little beach nextdoor is broken. That thing fixed will make this place perfect.

Beautiful place!

The Condo is beautiful and has literally everything you need. The building is half empty so you get to enjoy the peace an quiet but getting the jacuzzi to heat up is a process (you have to speak with the maintenance guy so he schedules it for you and he leaves at 5pm) we contacted the owner abut it and he was very helpful, by the way, they have super strong Wi-Fi in the condo now (some older reviews said it didn't). The property is beautifully kept, the location very convenient with a great restaurant and a convenience store steps away, and a turn around right in front of the building so you can head North to Rosarito or South to Puerto Nuevo for some delicious lobster and be there in just a few minutes. The beach is small but very private with great tide pools to explore. The sunsets from the pool area are amazing and you can see the dolphins hanging out nearby. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you Frank!

Our stay was great. Everything that was stated in the ad was provided.

The unit was beautiful, clean and had a great ocean view. The master bed was so comfortable. There was a little confusion trying to find the gym room where we could get WIFI, we did not mind not having WIFI in the unit, it is good to unplug for a vacation. And, I do not think we ever got the TV's to work, but again, we did not mind, we were busy doing things and finding good food. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice place to stay in the Rosarito area.

Very Nice!

We just returned from a 3 day weekend at Las Palmas 406. My husband and I and our 2 older kids were very satisfied. The condo was clean and well appointed, with all amenities that you can think of. Beautiful views. It's been over 20 years since we were in Rosarito, and our children have never been. It was such a pleasure to visit again. Like the other reviewers stated, the location is great, close enough to get to the action in town with ease, yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet sound of the ocean waves without the noise and commotion near Rosarito Beach Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the owner's recommendations for restaurants, eating lobster in Puerto Nuevo, and steak at Tampanco's just outside the complex. One thing that needs mentioning, although I was thrilled there was no wi fi in the condo. I think my husband and kids felt a little deprived. They did go to the pool/gym area to get access when they had too though.

Good fun place in Rosarito

I have stayed at numerous condos in Rosarito. The pictures on the website are very accurate. The place is nicer than it looks in the photo. Fred is right in that this is a quiet and more family oriented condo complex. The security staff were very friendly and helpful. as I noted my wife and I and sometimes our teenage kids have stayed at numerous complexes. The people are always friendly but sometimes the language barrier is difficult. The security staff spoke fair English enough to communicate A couple of things that I really liked about this complex. It was smaller than some and over all the parking is easy. Some of the condo complexes are huge and getting your luggage to the room is very much a chore. These places are not hotels and there is minimal to no help in that sense. It's not really a problem you just need to know in advance that you're on your own. Another small thing but it was nice the elevators were very quick in this complex. I've stayed in some that it took so long you were not sure if they were not broken and I often walk up and down four or five flights as it was quicker than waiting for the elevator.This is A very well-run complex. for the price this is probably The best deal around. The fees to book were reasonable. FYI some owners demand a fairly large security deposit. Fred did not require this and apparently just build it into the price of the rental which I prefer rather than waiting for the money to be returned.Also notably most of the larger high-rise condos in Rosarito are all quite a bit out of town. cabbing or ubering it from this complex is very easy and very convenient. There is a locals beach right next to the resort which was fun. We did not have any problems. But we booked at the last minute and Fred was actually out of the country. He still responded to emails very quickly. Again for the price this is probably the nicest and most secure place you can find in Rosarito. If you or the wife are concerned about Mexico or security this is definitely a place that will make you feel safe.

Perfect escape!!

Definitely will be returning again!! My family and I enjoyed our stay and the views of the ocean. Fred was great at helping me out and working with me. We really did enjoyed our escape from the heat (Phx,AZ) and will be looking forward to return again. Thank you for allowing us to stay and will be contacting you soon in staying again.

Relaxing Vacation

We had a memorable family time. Fred was very helpful, we had no problems to find a place. Location was very convenient close to stores and restaurants. Condo was exactly as described and very clean and quiet. So relaxing to wake up the morning with ocean view. Definitely we will come back summer time to try swimming pools and Jacuzzi with ocean view. We don't speak Spanish but we didn't have problems and use US dollars all the time.

Perfect Getaway

What a delight

We absolutely loved our stay at Las Palmas. Everything about it was perfect. From the shops to the food, the pool, beautiful beaches the best customer service I have recieved in years. We will be back for sure. This was our first trip to Mexico and will not be our last.

Relaxation

Came here for a weekend of relaxation and fun. The property is amazing! First, when we got there we felt safe which was or biggest concern, but once we settled in we were very much pleased with the size, cleanliness of the condo and the beautiful balcony view. The location is perfect. It's quite and peaceful but yet only $5 dollar can drive to downtown Rosarito! The owner answered all my questions and we will definitely be coming back! Fell in love with this home!

Gorgeous home! It was spotless clean. Very modern, excellent furniture, beautiful views and safe. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on. We were pleasantly surprise when we walked in the door. We are looking forward to staying here again. I do recommend this home.
