HOME LAYOUT:
The three bedrooms have a fresh, modern feel with plush bedding that’ll allow for a restful night after a long day of having fun. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a crib for little ones! Bedrooms 2 & 3 both have a queen size bed. In addition to those beds, the lanai has a sectional couch with a pull-out bed. Regardless of the weather! You can jump into the pool because it is heated. We hope you create beautiful, memorable moments here.

PLEASE NOTE:
* We can only accommodate 6 adults comfortably. But we do have a pack n play as well as a crib so we're open to hosting 8 guests with toddlers.

*Unfortunately, the fireplace in the living room does not work at this time.

*We are located next to a busy intersection there is a potential for noise.

*This property has a pool that is 5.5’ deep. By renting this property you agree to not hold the homeowner or anyone who manages this property liable for any accidents that may occur involving the use of the pool. Swim at your own risk. NO GLASS BY POOL.

*If you need anything, please contact us through the Vrbo messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST.

*We do our best to keep our pools well maintained, however during the summer months with our daily wind and rainstorms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult. These rain storms can also change the temperature of the pool at times. Our pool is set between 78- 85*F. Thank you for your patience.

*This home has weekly lawn and/or pool maintenance so please be advised that someone will enter the property at times for these purposes.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
You will find a welcome book upon arrival. It will be filled with information about the property as well as tourist attractions, recommended restaurants/cafes, emergency numbers and more.

*This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

**Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
