Nightly rates starting at $175 with a 10% discount when you book a full week. Sheets and towels are included so all you need to pack is your tooth brush. Also included are paper towels, toilet paper along with coffee and tea.

.Located in Villas, New Jersey, 2 blocks from the bay beaches and 8 miles north of historic Cape May, this cozy, cottage style apartment was just freshly painted and redecorated in 2023.

Not only do you get to enjoy the colorful garden display, but the cottage walls are decorated with the original “Streets of Cape May” panorama series along with original floral and nature art to enjoy and even purchase to take home with you.

The delightful, dog-friendly Bay Beaches are right down the road for long morning and evening walks with your best friend. Sunsets and other wildlife abound.

Dogs under welcome (under 40 lbs) We regret that we do not accept male dogs unless they are neutered. All dogs must be treated for fleas. Dogs must also be thoroughly bathed and brushed prior to arrival.

Private yard and gardens. (Please be advised that because of the gardens, dogs do not have free roam of the yard and must be walked off of the property. However, feel free to have them join you in the screened gazebo for dining and relaxing.) PLEASE! No outside music or noise of any kind after 9:00 PM. This is a peaceful neighborhood and I respect my neighbors quiet and privacy.

No smoking anywhere on the property. A $250 fine per person will be applied and you will be asked to vacate immediately.

No cooking of fish or cooking with pungent spices like curry or coriander inside the apartment. Cooking these items outside on the barbecue grill and consuming them inside is fine.

Dogs must be groomed/brushed thoroughly prior to your stay.
Dogs must be treated for fleas and ticks.
No dogs off leash on the property at any time and must be walked off the property.

Bringing your dog is a privilege. They are our family members and we want to share our vacations with them. However, If you intend on leaving your dog alone all day while you are at the beach please do not book this property..
